This is serial world, once Sona signed the document in anger, its valid, both parties signed the document that's it. Prenup is fully valid here. I know. Technically its not possible. Few days back I was wondering out loud how is their divorce possible. My SIL did the same thing as Sona but police/lawyers/court will inform the father if the mother is pregnant. It is highly improbable that they had divorce without the 6 months separation period and that too without even Dev knowing Sona was pregnant. In India divorces are not this fast-tracked. If they filed for divorce , court will give the custody to the mother since during her pregnancy they are separating. If divorce was filed when Sona was pregnant, the sole rights of the kid is with the mother...with or without prenup. Father can have visitation rights..and he is asked to pay maintenance which can be avoided if there is a prenup or if the mother does not want to.

If Dev Sona filed for divorce during her pregnancy, which I don't know how Dev was not aware of...could be Sona was not even aware of it and hence, nobody in the judiciary. The divorce took place before Sona got to know she was pregnant...in this scenario, the law says custody by default with mother unless proved to be exceptional cases like mother is irresponsible or not fit to care for the kid etc. The prenup will only add fuel to fire.

I think Dev n Sonakshi r not divorced legally it's a presumed divorce. So in my opinion it's the intricacies and validity of prenup agreement is what they want to explore and exploit. When there is no legal divorce prenup stands void and null for Suhana. Dev can still fight in court and implicate Sona for unlawful kidnapping of his daughter. So in my opinion in view of all these development as Sona was driven by hurt and anger I don't think she traced authenticity and validity of prenup nor sought for legal divorce. This is the avenue by which Dev can get Sona back in house with Soha in tow without the need for introspection and redemption in his part like last patchup which was initiated by Ishwari. This can be how all 3 central characters can be under same roof and remembering Ishwari fascination with Dev baby neither GKB or Vikky will be able to do anything.

Sona afraid of losing Soha will be forced to return.

So its a major proof why sona should not inform dev about child...

Its very clear according to prenup that dev doesnt want to know about child...

Although he is not aware of it...but deserves this for blindly follow his MA

I wish dev gets some visiting hours that to in front of sona to meet soha but ban that ishwari to meet her granddaughter that would be bang on that crazy psycho old lady
