After seeing the way our serial changed , there is only one question in my mind ...do you think every family oriented serial needs to show husband and wife parting their ways because of parents ego? Especially newly married people? The same is happening in the other serial ( Ek Rishtha Sajidhari ka ) ...heard from my neighbour .

I am trying to understand the human psychology behind it . Why so much negativity ? Yes , there are hardship in life but shouldn't a man and his woman stand together to solve it ? Isnt that we should be teaching our children? My understanding has always been that 90% of parents try to get the newly married people get adjusted to each other but in all our serials it is parents who instigate and break their kids marriage...

The reason for this post - everything has a commercial value . Serial is a product in the media world and when they change the story telling path to such negativity, my assumption is that they have done their market studies and believe that more people will watch the serial with such a negative path...

If yes , then ...are we as a society so sadistic in nature that we love to see the female lead getting humiliated by the man who professed he cant live without her ? Do we love to see the newly married couples fighting with each other because of the senseless, egoistic parents...? Is this the story of 90% of our society ? Is that why TRP increases because people are able to connect when there is more negativity and over the top drama??

Did you all not enjoy the first 100- 120 episodes ...and felt nice about it ?? I did ...Or did you all wait for the negativity to pour in?? Because I am not able to connect with our show at all ...in fact I am feeling sad and disgusted. This definitely isnt what I was expecting from our show

Please try and help me understand this equation ...I am thoroughly lost !!

you are in the same boat dear.. i am remembering the Airbus 320 crash landing in the hudson on a chilly wintry morning.. all the passengers were marooned and were stranded for some time before help came. I think the KRPKAB audience too is in the same state. the show has crashlanded and we are all wondering a lot of things.. The good part is that plane had captain great in Sully, who personally supervised the rescue operations till all the passengers were safely home.. but here there is no captain.. it is each one for himself / herself.

But I am not sure whether they will get TRP's or not. Torturing the loyal audience just for 0.1 increment is not good. Yes we were expecting separation from the marriage of sona dev but not like this way

Do you think , with this over the top drama , their TRP will increase ?? After a long days work I used to love to watch this serial ...now that is also gone.

Other show r having similar track but tht show was always expected to be saas bahu kinda typical drama..so they r bound to hav such cliched tracks n OTT drama.
But we all started watching this show for its subtlety...we wanted to see two matured individuals having a mutual breakup bcoz of their families n how they wud together try to fix things. First 100 episodes were epic n I cn still go back n watch all Devakshi moments.

But after the bitter breakup...thr has been track after track of illogical stories, inconsistent lead characters, more n more drama. From one scene to another...POV of characters take a complete U turn ..as if these scenes are written by two different writers. In the name of drama n trp, they r making these characters say or do something which is irreedemable.

After watching today's episode...I can just this isn't our old KRPKAB

I am just wondering ...how the TRP is in place...majority of the people in the forum have the same opinion...when there is a rise in the TRP that means there are people who are like it rt ?

Probably we are the initial minority who gave them the start up TRP ...because of those three promos
