KRPKAB has so far repeated the circumstances that they showed in the first part of the series (i.e. till break up) in the second part of the series (i.e. post break up). Most of the scenes that were shown in the first 100 - 125 episodes are being repeated again. It is like dj vu...

The reason this whole pregnancy and infertility track is for the following reasons -

1. For Maamiji and Neha to instigate Ishwari further. They might also convince Ishwari to talk to Dev regarding leaving Sonakshi and marrying someone else...

2. For Ishwari to dislike Sonakshi to the extent that she will make her leave Dev and Ishwari Nivas.

3. For Dev to confront Ishwari and convince her that Sonakshi was the best thing to happen to him. This will be the time he will talk about his happiness and decides to go against his mother's decision.

4. He will then work hard to convince Sonakshi to come back to him...

5. This is also for Sonakshi to show the depth of Dev's love and affection for her...

This is very similar to the track they showed in pre break up. At that time, the cycle of events were -

1. Maamiji tries to instigate Ishwari by saying that she is taking money without doing any work.

2. Ishwari kind of defends Sonakshi, but not really.

3. The dumb charades and Titanic pose episode.

4. In the end of that episode, maamiji poured water on floor and asked Sonakshi to clean resulting in Dev shouting at maamiji and telling her that she is a doctor.

5. After that he sends flowers to her saying that it is as a friend and not as her boss.

6. Maamiji further instigates Ishwari by lying that Sonakshi refused to give her food and creating such a misunderstanding resulting in Ishwari throwing out the food brought by Sonakshi.

7. Sonakshi leaves Ishwari Nivas crying.

8. Dev then talks to Ishwari regarding the results of Sonakshi's care and the improvement in Ishwari's health.

9. Ishwari repents.

10. Dev goes to meet Sonakshi, waits for 5 hrs and convinces her to come back.

Comparing that to the current scenario -

1. Maamiji instigated Ishwari during b'day party and during Dev's illness.

2. Ishwari kind of defended Sonakshi, but not fully.

3. Vickky talking badly with Sonakshi and Dev holding his collar and shouting at him saying she is his wife...

4. Dev planning surprise did do something really special for her.

According to segments Ishwari thinks that Sonakshi is pregnant. My guess is Sonakshi will be pregnant and have miscarriage. Ata that time the truth will come out. Ishwari will get angry and make Sonakshi leave house. Dev will then convince Ishwari that even though she has medical issues of becoming mother, she is already a mother in every sense. He might relate all the things that Sonakshi has done similar to a mother making Ishwari realize her mistakes... He will also tell the difference between Eleena and Sonakshi and how Sonakshi has brought the family together...Dev will then convince Sonakshi and bring her back to Ishwari Nivas where Ishwari's redemption to being a good MIL begins.

Every one of the scenes that the CVs are showing are a repetition of the old ones. Even the one with hickey. It is similar to the scene where Sonakshi will be discussing Ishwari's report with Dev and Riaya and Nickky push her towards him. Sonakshi's lipstick will get on Dev's shirt which is found by maamiji...

The water falling and Dev sneezing is similar to the episode where Dev waits in rain for Sonakshi after their fight regarding Ranveer. At that time too Dev starts sneezing and Sonakshi will give the haldi doodh...

I am very much looking forward to this track where every scene is shown with a twist and change in dynamics.

Just my point of view... Comments/thoughts welcome.

I will be very honest I don't want any separation. And if its gonna be deja vu situation then Dev better defend sona properly. Also, Sonakshi will not be pregnant. Its just Ishwari's assumption by looking at symptoms; vomiting and nausea. She will assume that Sonakshi is pregnant. Also according to spoilers Dev will be shocked to hear about this news and will blurt out the truth in front of everyone. Its gonna be really painful. It is a very sensitive track and i hope cvs handle it well.

Great observations & the way you listed all parallels, thats really amazing & good effort yaar. Hope what you are guessing should come true. I truly dont have any expectations from the show any more. I am bit tired of looking for positivity from their marriage track onwards and at present watching it for the sake of watching. For me, its loosing its magic day by day. I dont know why but at present the show is looking too messy, inconsistent & logic-less to me, may be i am missing Mr.Dixit & Dr.Bose a bit too much.😆

The main problem of this show is the pace sometimes super fast sometimes super slow.Though I don't look for logic in shows many tracks are being opened without proper work and it has become too messy now 😕

In every episode I find at least 2-3 if not more repetitions. I can list them on and on every single day. Like even in yesterday's episode the talk with Eleena reminded me of the scene where Nickky lied to go to party, then apologized to Dev...

When Dev told Sonakshi about trying to gift flat to Ranveer, Sonakshi said it was not a good idea. When Dev said the same thing to Ishwari, she again gave some example similar to yesterday's episode. At that time too, Dev says Sonakshi bhi yahi keh rahi thi. The only difference is at that time Ishwari tells Dev not to talk about family stuff with Sonakshi, but this time, she said yes...

It will happen. They will continue to show till that episode when Sonakshi leaves the job crying... At that time it was Nickky who relates the whole thing to Dev when he comes back from work... My guess is it will be both Riya and Nickky doing that.

The CVs are repeating the scenes either very similar to the original or with a contrast. Today's date was similar to Dev - Sonakshi's first date where he gifts her saree and jewelry...

@bold. Sorry to disagree, but most of the tracks are coming to closure now. In life events dont happen one after the other. We have things happening parallel with different members of the family. That is what is happening now in the show. Each persons story is shown in relation to Dev, Sonakshi and Ishwari.

And all the tracks will not end at the same time. It will end in their own time... Vickky -- Eleena and GKB track will be the last is my guess...

Glad to know that you are able to enjoy the show. Keep writing more to lift our spirits yaar. I too felt some parallels but not that much like you see..For ex, when Sona said you broke our trust to Elena, the only thing that came to my mind was the way she let down her parents in her engagement fiasco with Ritwik. Some scenes are making sense but as a whole episode i am not able to enjoy current episodes like old ones, i feel the execution quality is missing. I think i am not able to enjoy because of the way Dev & Sona's characters are getting treated now a days. May be i can enjoy the show like before when i can see the strong & aggressive Dev taking stand for Sona before Ishwari with out getting prey in to her emotional blackmailing or guilt trips. Till then any way i can't stop watching for these 2 power houses called Shaheer & Erica. 😊

Great post!

You know, I had a general idea of this whole device of post-marriage being a mirror image of pre-marriage, but your post has started me thinking on just how detailed the invocations of past plot progression are!

The Ayaan fiasco is very similar to the instance when Sona caught RR stealing money from Ishwari's room. Mamiji managed to turn it on Sona by going full offensive, as Ayan did at the dinner, pointing fingers at an aghast Sona and declaring that she accused her. At that time, Sona didn't really have the right or inclination to investigate further, because Dev and his family were not yet her business. Now she is part of the family, the possibility of Riya marrying the wrong person, and being unhappy is very much her problem.

Moreover, it was only after the whole 5-hour wait that Dev and Sona started to become friends and work together. At that time, people were annoyed that Dev wasn't falling in love with Sona as they expected him too. But when Sona came back, and Ishwari was angry about her making Dev wait five hours, Dev said the words that made me, for one, believe that he was totally lattoo (though he wouldn't realise it until much later): he told her she had to tell Ishwari what happened, and that HE TRUSTED HER... WITH HIS MOTHER. All of this time we see that Dev has been keeping Sona at arm's length from the big, deep-down issues of the family, and defending her only when the threat to her feelings is super explicit, thinking that she can handle anything his family throws her way. Maybe this infertility issue, and Ishwari's reaction to it, will give him a chance to see how much she needs him to be complicit in her efforts for them to succeed.

And not to forget the biggest parallel that came to mind, the reason Sona made Dev wait for five hours: Elena. Elena made her entry into the show at that time, and was lost then too because she was cocky about being able to find her own way. Coincidentally (or not, I guess!), the first person she encountered in Delhi was none other than her hubby-to-be, Vicky. He took advantage of the fact that she was lost and alone to behave badly, and Sona came in the nick of time take her to safety. The plot currently unfolding is very similar, though perhaps not literally. Elena is lost, and Vicky took advantage of that, but Sona will also come to take her to safety when she feels endangered by his behaviour.

In all of this, what gives me hope is that though Elena was always immature and selfish when compared to Sona, she was also the one who gave Sona some much-needed pushing in the right direction, and became a reliable shoulder to cry on. Where Sona liked to play it safe, Elena encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone. In short, she pushed Sona to be a little more "besharam," and if Sona is being called that anyway by her detractors (I'm looking at you Neha!), why not play the part and have the fun? 😉

And speaking of Neha, it's fun to think of how this might pan out for her. Perhaps soon we may see her on a new track to better her life, just as she pursued her English classes. I don't think her lack of education was invoked in that argument with Dev for no reason. Maybe this time if she falls in love in the process, she will choose not to pursue it and will put herself first? Only time will tell!

Thank you. What you have said is absolutely awesome and bang on!!!. But I am in slight disagreement with your analysis of Neha. When Dev first hired Ranveer for teaching Neha, Neha shouted at him and went and asked Sonakshi's opinion about it.

Here too Dev made a comment like "dont let you past ruin your today" which is similar to what Sonakshi told Neha regarding learning english. I think this will make Neha realize that she needs to let go of her past and embrace the present and future. I think she will go back to Ranverr and decide to support him instead of cribbing and expecting him to provide for her. She might pursue her own career and become similar to Sonakshi.

I feel like in every post I have been saying the same thing about the repetitions in the scenes...😊

I strongly feel like we will see more of the same/similar scenes/events before the showdown...

I agree with completely and am really glad that someone else on the forum sees these patterns! It is so much fun to engage in this kind of discussion about the show, so many little nuances to pick up on. It's true that the show has taken on a more intense tone after marriage, but I have it on good authority being married is a *bit* harder than falling in love. 😛

As for Neha, I got a bit pessimistic about her and Ranveer's relationship (despite being their biggest fan) after they were so cruel to each other, which explains my above prediction. But now my anger has cooled a bit, and I am more open to the idea of a reconciliation, especially were they to meet when Neha was a bit more confident and independent. I would love to see Neha restart her education first, and really enjoy her own abilities before they introduce Ranveer back into the picture. It would be awesome to see their relationship blossom when it didn't have to be either/or for Neha, because she has her own income and her own identity.
