Yesterday's episode was a good one . I feel the reason for this track that is too show dev sick again was to make ishwar's insecurities reach its peak and bring it out in the open ,and as we saw in the precap ishwari voiced it out as well by telling sona that you want to snatch everything from me..Wish sona also starts thinking from now on abt how deep rooted her Mil's insecurities are ..I guess dev already does realise what his mom feels that is why time and again he pacifies and assures her ,just that he does not acknowledge it openly .
Coming to my post ..the parallels have been clearly drawn ,if we compare the situation then and now on ..then when earlier dev fell ill , sona absolutely had no right on dev at that time simply coz their relationship had no name , she was just his girl friend then and it was very easy for ishu to shun her out then and stop her from taking care of dev but now the situation is reversed ..Sona is dev's wife now and though for ishwari and the entire family she still remains an outsider but still ishu cannot stop her from taking care of her own husband , she did try a lot to stop sona from doing anything for dev and wanted to use her age old methods to bring his tempertature down ,still sona went ahead and did what she felt best for her husband at that moment , bathing him with cold water ...and now that the doctor himself said what sona did was the best remedy for dev's fever..iswari was completely at a loss of words and absolutely had nothing left to say than to become more and more insecure ..and thus left their room silently which I am glad about ..The devakshi scenes were a bliss to watch as always ..sona taking care of dev , feeding him soup..like a typical wife..such a cute scene and with the new BG it was all the more nice ..Its a relief to see them together just the two of them without any third person ...So yes the idea behind showing this scene was to bring out the change in situation clearly ..earlierit was only ishu's right to take care of dev but now sona has a right on him too being his wife and ishwari might try a lot but cannot take this away from her ...Its sona' goodness that makes ishwari feel threatened of her position ..She knows that sona is a very capable and sensible person and she has the ability in her to run the entire house smoothly and now if she starts cooking for dev also then whatever little edge she has over sona she will lose that bit also ..For ishwari its still a game dev kiska zyaada hai but she fails to notice that sona was never a part of this game only ..she doesn't believe in playing such petty games ...she is not here to snatch ishwari's position in dev's life but carve out her own position ...Lets see how the makers take it from here ..
