Kadha should never be given in fever for two reasons ...dese all ingredients are heavy on digestove system and their taseer is hot so dey dont help ...its useful in cold n cough

Kadha increases temperature that's why it is given when you have cough and cold. Never heard of Kadha in fever.

About the cold water bath, I think Sonakshi gave him a bath in luke warm water. But he was shivering because in fever when your temperature is high, even luke warm bath feels chilled. Think about this way, in winter, when our hand is cold, relatively warm thing seems warmer than usual.

Again, when our hands are warm from under the blanket, someone's hand which has regular temperature seems cold.

That's exactly what I think had happened.

If temperature goes too high, the organs start to overheat. You don't want a kidney or liver failure because the temperature went too high.

Bathing in room temperature water induces temperature to go down. But since fever is running hot, the water feels colder and hence shivering.

Heck, even sticking our toe outside our blanket in fever causes us to shiver in middle of summer. Does it mean, the room is chilled?

But why so serious? Fever mein log doctor bulate hain. Yahan room mein doctor baithi hain jisse patient se pyaar bhi hain. To jiska kaam usiko karne do naa.

Well Ishwari is the new DoctorsGoal 👏

I agree with Tia - shivering doesnt mean he was given an ice bucket challenge Even my 2 yr old sister was given cold water bathe during high fever as per doctor's recommendation, yes it's painful to see our near and dear ones shivering like that but we cannot say or do above doctor's recommendations/instructions ! Sonakshi being a doctor should have upper hand in this there is not even 0.000001% of doubt in that ! There is a reason I consider Dixits as illiterate because they behave so !!
