What exactly was today's episode?
I felt like banging my head on the wall.
This is one episode which I did not like from start to end,heights of everything as you mentioned.
Dev was in no way stuck in a bad situation, he simply CANNOT excuse himself by saying he was stuck. He had a good 1.5 to 2 hours in his hand, instead of sulking in one corner or clicking selfies with his sisters or listening to the sher-o-shayari by his mom, he could have quickly gone to the club amd brought Sona back with him.
What and where was the problem?
Totally agree with you,he could have said his mom that Sona is stuck somewhere so I am going to bring her back home.He didn't even pick Sona's phone and when he went upstairs for changing clothes,he could have called her back and talk about what's happening at home,Sona would have definitely understood the situation but no IDK why he just doesn't communicate well 🤔
Sona lives in the same house na? She is not your secret forbidden girlfriend who has to wait to meet you outside your house. Why didn't dev bring her home..

The moment Ishwai started saying poem I was like"phir shuru hogayi maata" earlier I used to feel nice about this maa beta scenes but now I feel pathetic and this poem stopped him for bringing his wife home,I mean really?? 😡
And what was even more worrysome is that he was feeling bad for not going to the date and for disappointing Sona and not that she was actually waiting for him in a place at 12 midnight!

I was surprised to see that not even Riya Nikki bothered about her they didn't even ask once where is Sona bhabhi and what to expect from GKB and Neha they were happy that Sona was not there.🤢

Ishwari didn't ask even once from Dev where is Sonakshi,she gets restless when his son doesn't reach home on time but what reason she gave of Sona'rs absence,Gosh,kya maata hai yaar,atelast ek call kar leti but no somewhere she was happy with the fact that Sona was not there.
I am so so irritated with them going in circles. I don't understand Dev's helplessness when he has everything right there, in his hands. The situation was very much in his control. He cannot feel sorry or guilty now, he has no rights to be.

The least he could have said "Maa,let Sona come she is on her way but no and not even anyone bothered about Sona's absence.I felt so bad for her when everyone was celebrating his birthday one side and she was standing alone on the other side.I literally had tears in my eyes seeing her so heart broken 😭😭
