Mutual give and take

Dev is not a creep as many are making him out to be. He is normal. He lied to Sona because he did not want to hurt her. He was happy when the jhoola was removed as it was hurting him. Do you want him to pretend to be sad? Is Sona a small child who cant take disappointments? Sona herself should have shifted that stupid jhoola out of that room after watching Dev hurting himself physically. Eshwari also so sweetly explained to Sona. Only Radharani and Neha were in a taunting mood.

My own experience. My husband hates cluttering the house and he likes some space to walk without hitting something or hit by something. I arrange furniture in such a way that he feels comfortable. He makes my life comfortable by visitng banks on my behalf, standing in queues and generally taking care of many things. Its a mutual give and take.

If Sona feels suffocated the way Neha feels, then she is free to take a decision. She is educated and employed Many criticised Neha for taking a decision. One standard for Neha and one for Sona?

Good post. The jhoola issue is blown out of proportion making Dev a villain of peace.

hadh hai yaar...aap dev ke fan hai ee tik hai par aap ko nahi lagtha ki aap dev ko kuch zyada hi defend kar rahe hai...firstly about the asha maa...he would have said to sona his maa is uncomfortable with it hence he promised to his mom...ocourse sona ko bura lagtha...but agar dev ne uski birthday ke sab ke samne asha ko auntyji bhulaya ko tho unne kitna bura lagega...i mean oo bol detha tho sona kuch dheer ke badh hi sahi apni family ko ready rakthi na..especially uski maa ko...

secondly the jhula...what do you mean by its hurting him...aree jhula hai yaar koye suyii nahi jo chup jayegi...aur janab sube sube apne pyar main itna koya rehtha hai ki usse itna bada jhula bhi nahi diktha...dev tumhare cabin main ek golf court hai ..aur itna bada couch bhi hai..uske sath tho kabhi tuje problem nahi huva tho aab kyun?...shayad oo tina ne select kiya aur ee sonakshi ne...seriously agar teri maa ne esa kuch laya hoga tho tum thab bhi esa hi react karthe

this jhoola thing is really blown out of proportion.😆 . Dev response is absolutely normal when he didn't see the jhoola. the damn thing is hurting him continuously and still he didn't say anything because he don't want to upset his wife. the jhoola base is so big that it bound to hurt how much you carefully avoid it. there is two options to avoid it one change the position ya remove it from room.Dev is not going to ask sona shift ya remove as its upset her so its either sona or ishwari who needs to do that. and i felt sona do that but alas it's ishwari .and i don't feel he is insensitive being happy seeing the jhoola out of their room. the thing which hurting you continusly and it's out of your room and the feeling of it didn't hurt you any More. any normal person first reaction is happiness 😆 only . mahaan log Will feel oh my God where is jhoola now who can hurt me continusly.i will mourn two minutes silence for jhoola 😆 who thinks like that yaar. waise he don't know who removed the jhoola. maybe he think that his lovely wife removed seeing his hurting every time. that's why he is happy. and the arranging his clothes and thinking its his mother but seriously it's his mother who always arranged clothes for him and his wife is more interested in training him than helping him so how can any one blame him thinking its his mother who arranged his clothes. I am sure when he knows its sona who did that he will be happy and praise her

Jhula remove is good decision...all fandom agree with this...even first time ...we saw...all fandom was saying ...location is not good...that is not issue...

This jhula and wardrobe issue is blown out of proportion.These kind of adjustments and compromises happen between every couple .Bashing Dev for the above two incidents is not justified...mixing with Aunty issue is totally not fair...

Most of the folks here were of the opinion that position of the swing was not correct ..i agree it's childhood dream to have jhula and I respect that .I am sure the dream will not be broken if it's kept in the garden .Little compromises will not hurt .I am glad Sonakshi did not object when Ishwari moved the swing to the garden.Hope it's not linked to wardrobe issue

If Dev is called insensitive for celebrating after the swing is removed then Sona was not sensible either .She could not read the discomfort and inconvenience caused by the swing and fairy lights in particular...

Dev did not say anything because he was trying to adjust and thought with each passing day he will get used to it but little did he know there would be more surprises .Swing got decorated by dupattas and then fairy light.

When there is fear of expressing your view to your partner then it's either because you are scared to hurt him/her or because you are scared of her/his reaction

Mars n Women r from Venus. So v can't expect Dev to find that Zoola so romantic wen it was constantly hurting him.
Rather they should think of changing interior that suits both their liking n needs. Having colourful dupattas lights et. Is too girlish n not like a married couple room
Also it's not easy to expect dev to come home n do all chores in a day. It takes years to make man change his habits. Give him chance n if he had lied about arranging cupboard again not a major crime . All husband wife hide small things..imagine no of hidden 500/1000 Rs notes recovered from housewives that were hidden from husbands 😃
So apart from calling adha Aunty I don't think Dev is guilty or bad for any other act

Agree with all your points.

Both are new and make some silly mistakes. It is quite natural. As long as their love is strong enough, these little storms wont create big problems.
