Lame post so don't take it seriously !!
Dev has often said to Sona that "Tum ne aisa bachpan nai dekha. tumhara bachpan normal tha" it makes me think that other than financial problem, kuch aur bhi aisa tha kya uske past mein that he is not able to make sona understand why he and his mother have such a strange i mean strong bond.
one more thing i have observed that Dev never lets sona climb the stairs that are there in dev's room, he always stops her. usey upar hi nai jane deta.. Daya kuch toh gadbad hai ! 😕 Kahi uske past ka raaz us staircase se hoke toh nai guzarta.😆 😆 😆
