Why doesn't sona say anything when rithik talks about Dev. I didn't like it at all he doesn't know anything about Dev.

what he said was the truth, what else could she retort with, dev was a spoilt child who thought he could get anything with his power and tantrums and needed Mom's permission for anything and everything without caring about others feelings...

we are yet to see growth in Dev's character

I can understand Ritvik frustration and I am fine with it but he needs to be careful with choice of his words .He cannot judge someone based on one interaction..does he know anything about Dev''s childhood before he said rich spoilt brat ...this shows Ritvik is judgemental

since Ritvik pointed Dev'status i cannot stop myself from saying.. the fact is Ritvik couldn't achieve what Dev could in spite of R having parent's support and normal childhood whereas Dev has achieved a lot and he is a self made man .

Dev was innocent period .No matter what people say the truth doesn't change that it was because of his power and position that a apology was printed on the newspaper...

If Dev really wanted to defame Sona he could have done that easily and with his power he could have destroyed Bose family and Sen too but he will never stoop so low .

One thing is certain no matter how flawed Dev is he has always respected women and he would never defame any women ..and he can never imagine doing that to Sona as he truly loves her

Well Sona did try to speak up for Dev...but Ritwik just silenced her.Somewhere Sona was hurt by the way Ritwik talked about Dev but before she could defend Dev he just changed the topic.I loved Erica's acting today.She portrayed Sonakshi's angst in the most appropriate way...

Spoiled child?? The man could never live even his childhood..he could not afford being child let alone spoiled child..

He is possesive for his family and loved ones and yes he uses money and power for their happiness when it required and yes he go out of his way to ensure safety and security of his family..because there is no one there was no one who could do that for his mother and sister..he has built his empire with his sheer hardwork and dedication..he has sacrificed a lot ..he knows what power money has in this world..with same money he has helped many needy people in past too.spoiled rich brat is nowhere no where close to dev dixit.peope who have seen utter property they know know the value of money .he has power because he has created for himself .I agree that we have to see lots of growth in his character..and I am sure we will..but we all grow with time..our characters grow with time and situation our life faces.

Ritwik is speaking on basis of much he has seen..does not mean that he is right..he might not be intentionally wrong as he has formed his opinion whatever he has heard and experienced with dev.but it does not make him right and his words holi grail..

Ritwik does not know what life dev has seen and what he is in real.not his mistake but he is not right PERIOD

Sorry I don't agree dev is a spoilt child and rithick has no right say as he does not know anything about dev.

Superb👏

Dev has always respected women.Although he became a possessive lover but as soon as he understood that Sonakshi was hurt by his actions, he stopped.

One thing about Dev's character that I love the most is the way he speaks.He never feels the need to justify himself to any one not even his mother.

@ Bold - I strongly disagree. People have different priorities. Money is not everything for everyone. For Dev it became everything because that was how it was taught to him. The family always had a father figure in Mamaji. Having a regular job and earning a middle-class salary would also have made Dev emerge as a winner. But becoming SO successful to be in Forbes List has taken him far away from reality and a good life. I dont blame Dev here though, it's all Ishwari's wish which Dev had to fulfill. Dev might have become filthy rich and powerful, but what he lost in the process is irrepairable. Everyone would want to grow up like a man like Rithwik (where education truly reflects in your attitude) and have a balanced state in terms of mind and life, rather than earning shitloads of money but having a hollow life without any true happiness in it. 😃 Inspite of being so rich, today Dev is a loser 😛 Eventually Sona will dump Rithwik and we can call Rithwik the ultimate loser, but no he is not, since he is not in love with Sona and he is not going to have that deep feeling of losing something SO important anyways. But with the way he is, he would definitely lead a healthy and balanced happy life with his future wife 😊

Dev was innocent, and the apology was due to his power, but the news itself got published in the paper because of his power and fame 😛 He was indirectly the cause to this if you talk about power and fame to correct the mistake. 😆

I agree with the rest of the points 👏 Even Sona judged Dev once on his being born to a rich powerful family. 😕

Dev is a very disciplined child. Dtkl always downsizes dev. But dev never spoke bad words or used silly words for dtkl.

Dtkl says dev uses money power. But has dev ever offerred money to dtkl. Dev intetvened by buying clinic wala property, but after promise he only respected dtkl n sona nd stopped interfering .

Dev atleast doesnt need report card from dtkl as in d initial episodes devs old teacher praised him heavens in frnt of sona.

If money is imp for dev he wud hav fallen for ng who is much richer than dev.

Lastly nothing bad abt jai soni,hes a fine artist
