Just a thought ...what would be the reason to stop sona Ritwik marriage
Dev meeting with accident or trying suicide
Ritwik turning negative (very less chances)
How wil ishwari agree??
When Dev gets to know ishwari was the one who found a groom for sona wil he agree to marry sona?

Maybe Dev will have a drunk driving accident... Ishwari will find out he was drunk, call Sona immediately, and then Sona would break the wedding herself

Yes hospital play a very big role in our show😆sare happy unhappy dhamake hospital me hi hoty hain apne show ke.😆

dev drunk drive accident or suicide attempt or any other ...but surely patch up scene is in hospital...as sona hospitalised and love starts... and then ishwari hospitalised and love breaks.. and now dev hospitalised and love restarts...or reunite...
