We were all so busy with the Havan and Ishwari's reaction to Dev attending the puja... We missed a very very significant point... In Thrusday's episode. Dev looks at Ishwari and thinks...

Hamesha ki taraha Us din bhi tune sab thik kar diya.. Tu jeet gayi thi ma. Tune Kiraya bhar ke hamara ghar bacha liya... tere bhagwan ne nahi..

Kiraye ke paise suddenly kahan se aaye... This is significant.. may be related to the Khatri track.

Lag toh raha hai... Ishwari has to make a mistake for Dev to remember she is humane. Warna wo use pujna band nahi karega...

This mutual admiration society needs to dissolve. They need to stop worshiping each other and start communicating... talking...

Hadnt noticed it , so watched that part again. CV team is so smart ,not many would have given imp to that scene . You are right , that particular incident is of major importance to him because his mom saw to that they never slept on the streets and saved them again. But his mind is still like a child , because even now he didnt think how his mom was able to get that money in such a short notice!!

Any moral to immoral activity is probably justified to save her home, her children.

It is more like she hid it from Dev obviously as he was a child and such things cannot be shared and yet as he grows up you don't want to talk about the painful past and relive it.

It would have made sense if that came out if Dev didn't tell Ishwari and she was upset. But now that he tells her I am intrigued to know how the CVs are going to use it.
