Y can't Mother in laws be sweet in serials???

Y is it that mother in law means they need to show a scary figure.

I still have faith that Iswari will not be a monster in a law...

Because most of the Mother-in-Law in real life are Monster-in-Law. There are exceptions also but very rare.

Ishwari is a very different personality. She is not a typical mother and dev is not a typical son as well. They share a beautiful and different relationship when compared to others so is the relationship between Ishwari and sonakshi. This is the start of a new relationship and I have a feeling that the journey is going to be so beautiful. We may get to see so many rang of a MIL - DIL duo. And the duo will definitely have a very unique relationship just like the mother and son .

Ishwari is not totally negative character like other daily soap, she do have some shades due to her possessive nature..but and she wont be shown that much negative; it will take time for her to change.. I am sure Sona's understanding and matured character will make her very good mother in law.

thats where this show earns brownie points..unlike other shows they do not show the MIL to be out n out vamp..thats something dramatic..coz in real life , its not that all the MIL's keep looking for opportunities to insult or kill there DIL's and dont always keep conspiring against them...but yes they do have grey shades..it doesnt mean they are bad but there are certain ego issues and complexes that do often arise between a MIL and DIL..i myself being married and having loads of friends who are married..havnt ever heard any single girl who has only positive thngs to say abt there Mil s 😆...the truth is daughter in laws can never be like daughters..how much ever they say but its very difficult to come through in actions..at some point of the other you do feel the difference...my MIL is indeed nice and sweet but i wldnt say she is perfect..she does have bouts of jealousy and possessiveness from time to time..and also.they tend to b judgemental wen it comes to DIL ,however wen uts ur daughter they know them insde out .hence it becomes easy to accept mistkes from ur own kid but not from your DIL coz u make assumptions regarding the intentions of the DIL behind the mistke she made..so basically every individual has shades of grey depending on the situation and people involved..i am glad that don show ishwari as a typcial vamp but as a normal human being wth her own flaws...!:)

Because that's how most of the real world is , MIL's may not be as witchy or plotting all the time against DIL's like in serials(few do this too) ,but most them can be very mean , rude and behave differently with DIL's infront of son and differently back of him..but as of believing IShwari is not like that ..
