I don't think sona will join any hospital aft marriage... working under someone for salary will not look good for business tycoon dev's wife ...she may start her own ...

I think she will continue working and am sure we will get atrack where gkb is after sona yo stop working . But like dev initially said while searching for a groom for sona. Sona doesnt need an approval to do what she wants to do. I belive dev will support her
