I read in one of the spoilers that ishwari will have knee pain after Neha's marriage So,maybe that's why dev called sonakshi to take out the file because If Ma will go upstairs her pain will increase and nikki and neha will be unavailable. I hope that sona after saying ma that dev has asked her to do so explain her about how dev is concerned abt her knee pain and 1 more thing can be the possibility that Ishwari doesn't know English
