So many discussions and insights we had yesterday and I was eagerly waiting for today's episode to see whether I have to eat an humble pie or not. Oh boy am saved marginally😆
A heart wrenching scene from Ishwari's past showed how much that saree and that day means to her. That saree which was needed to mark her self-respect and dignity from outside world. That saree which is even more important than her daughter's joy for a doll. That saree which was promised by her son when he grows up. Obviously that saree which held so much meaning in her life was changed into a mere gift today. And she ought to get heartbroken. CVs 👏👏
Sona O my Sona I so loved her to see herself back today😳 Her panic to check whether Ishwari liked the gift, her surprise when she came to know that Dev had indeed told the family that she helped in selecting the gift and Dev's gratitude when she mentioned that both their worries are not different anymore😳
When Sona gifted that Mom-Son Portrait as gift I seriously got gutted with emotions. Its like she unknowingly bandaging Ishwari's wounds for snatching her happiness of time spent with her Son. (Again CVs take a bow please👏) And Ishwari's happiness knew no bounds and infact asked RR to give Sona too the "prasad" making her the member of this house😳 (Its like literally Sona apologizing and Ishwari forgiving and accepting as her DIL)
Now after such a beautiful scene am baffled why the makers kept such a cold cake cutting scene. I seriously believe if this scene was kept before Sona's gift it would have made lot of sense. But now it showed Ishwari being very cold and indifferent towards Dev even after accepting both Dev and Sona's gift. Dev actually asked all right questions for her reasons of not wearing the saree but poor fellow still didn't get the clue (I just wanted to squeeze him for a hug after his expression seeing his Mom)
Ishwari's "Anything new after all these years irks" and her reaction when Sona played with the cake is the blaring alarm to whats going to come. (Actually I did love how Ishwari went away from her place to feed Sona, what a complex character man)
So Ranveer's family is actually nice enough to think about Neha and her comfortness😊. They make valid points to make Ranveer stay separately but Ranveer being a typical son doesn't want to.( I am glad CVs raised valid question if girls leave everything and come for husband why can't the guy adjust a bit?👏)
After a heavy half of episode comes the breezy Devakshi scene Sona immediately figuring Dev is worried and taking him to roadside tea stall to make him open up and pulling his leg regarding how he thinks big in materialistic things and others doesn't get into his head😆 , her teasing about how he should react on hearing her age, her shock seeing the "printing mistake" in the watch catalog 🤣 oh my today Sona stole the show for me👏
When Sona questioned " So I am only the second most important lady in your life" , I was like oh oh dont go there don't go there 😆 only to be completely surprised when she saved him the agony of choosing by saying "Relationships should be made only to complete and not compete" 👏👏👏 (A must watch scene of the day !!)
I so wish Ishwariji understands this and give the peace that this lovable couple so deserve.😳
