By seeing the title you might hav thought that I was talking about sona and Dev 's but sorry this time it's ishwari and Dev...

I agree that they both love each other immensely that no one can enter between them. But the thing is ishwari loves his son so much and she is habituated that Dev is her support system in all the ways.. she expects Dev to do like this like that but she doesn't tell her son that she want him to do like that... so how come he knows what his mom is expecting from him . I know that children will understand what their parents want but still there are some issues in which one should speak up...

For example in yesterday's episode we saw Dev gifts her a saree every bday everyone in their family was like she is happy as she will buy a new saree gifted by dev and all but the real reason was that she will get some time to spend with Dev .. as others even Dev was in a thought that she likes saree so he surprised her ... if she would hav let out her thought then he would never say anything for that...and do as she expected

Dev is such a person that he want his mother sisters to be happy for that he can do anything and go to any extent..

It's a pure love but incomplete with little communication gap..

Nice Post.

But if you see Neha said the same what Ishwari said.So Neha understand what Ishwari wanted .But Dev could not understand it.I don't get what CV's wanted to project by showing by this.That Neha knows in n out of Ishwari more than Dev.

Another thing I dont understand is why can't Ishwari just communicate directly what she wants, instead of taking rash decisions. Since she does not communicate her end the situation becomes complicated.

Or Dev could have probed more and make Ishwari talk. If they just communicated the whole mother-son bond would reach a notch higher, paving way for Sonakshi.

The show is banking on this Communication Gap.

If I am not wrong in one epi Neha said.If Mom has choice mom will not share bhai with any one.Neha understand more about how Ishwari is possessive for Dev.

I agree during the conversation of Ishwari N Dev.Dev could have clearly asked is something bothering her.Ishwari could have a openly said to Dev.She missed the time spent with him on her birthday.

Agree the show is banking on this Communication Gap of Dev N Ishwari.

I would also like to add that girls or women tend to understand these things better than men at least I think so lolz--hence, I think why Neha understands her mom in a way more than Dev

- I guess when you love someone so much you tend to think they understand you or should without you saying anything its complicated--i guess thats how ishwari feels

Agree with you here, Dev and Ishwari have a huge communication gap between them.

Dev like other kids of Ishwari wanted to surprise his mother. He always wanted to do that but unable to due to his confusion on what saree his mom would like. Now when he has a friend like Sona he did what he always wished for.

Ishwari behaved as a grumpy kid on this whole issue. Sulking in her way. She plainly disregarded that Dev was way too happy to surprise her. He sulkiness continued even during cake cutting and later when she said from next year onwards no need to do all these preparations. That's it.
