Who is right?????

Personally I feel both are wrong in one way or the other .

Dev loves his mother more . Neha knows her better. That is the issue. He might be the apple of her eyes - but he is CLUELESS about the gazillion thoughts go through her mind. He will slowly learn to the extent that "woh kuch bolti nahi hai par mein samaj jaata hoon' - shayad yeh pehle pata hota tho yeh sab kuch nahin hota. He wanted to surprise her - thinking that agar woh jaakar KHUD select karega - then his maa will be like - arey yeh itna isme bura hone ke bawajood woh mere liye jaake select kar laya - he forgot that she could think - tho ab isey koi aur mil gaya isme help karne ke liye - kya use meri choice pasand nahi - mere saath jaana pasand nahin? And no matter how angry we get at her - it is pointless. It is the same insecurity as in jab bhi bachpan mein hamre maa kisi aur ko attention dey - tab kya ? Hame tho tab bhi pata hai, aaj bhi pata hain - hamse hi sabse zyaada pyar hai - phir kyun ? Dev is currently tangled in this complicated web of relationships ...He is way too naive and he will have to learn the hard way.

As for Ishwari - no offence to anyone - she is a complete hypocrite. And that is the truth. usko ek beti hai aur ek beta hai. Jab apne beti ke baare mein sochti hai - tho kya apne jamai ke maa ke baare mein sochti hai ? Shayad nahin - jo bhi woh Neha ke liye chahti hain - for example in today's epidoe - she said har ladki ke aane ke baad thoda badalna hota hi hai - phir yeh dar kyun. Agar aise sab sochte tho halat kya hoga sabka. But still inevitable.

I'm starting to wonder if she will turn negative for Sona

She should be shocked as this is the first time

But she should have atleast wore the saree for devs happiness

Dev loves his mom more than anything else.

At 12 mn he goes to her like all years.. All he did is a small change in the usual.. thinking that his mom will be happy to see a good change in him... as we kids say.. Surprise...thoughtfulness is to be considered more..

Also he is honest about whom he went with (Ms Bose)... and that it is his first attempt, and also he did hope she like it (n. no of times, he tells her to embrace positive change, when he partially told truth, she was happy - like Nikki going for night out - he never told her the reason of his change was Sona's convincing words, now that he told the truth... Ishwari could not digest the fact that he has taken someone else's opinion over hers.To the extent that she does not even wear it. Just to express her anger, and Dev who can read her unspoken words have understood for sure now. Until then he believes his mom's words.

Mother's love should be selfless.. its no big deal that she sacrificed her life for her children. Agreed and they all respect her. Now what should they do more than this..

Daughters spending time with her, she is not feeling complete. A small change in her son's life she cannot accept, seeing him happy than ever too.

Bitter truth it is...that she cant bear him to be happy other than from her. And she cannot accept that she is insecure and so won't even express or share with Dev regarding this. Someone has to talk about it. But knowing Dev, he would not talk abt it either.. And so the COLD WAR BEGINS...

PS : Surpiyaji enacted Ishwari with so much ease... Mindblowing act from her!!! Now on getting to see her... is a treat... but will miss Dev-Sona scenes too...
