Part 2

Sona unlocked her door, "Arre, Aayat...! Thank God you came..." She explained with a tone of relief. "My life has been miserably busy in the past month..." Sona ended up crashing on the couch.

"Sorry Sona Di... what to do? It was my sister's marriage..." The 20 year old domestic help replied sadly.

"It's okay Aayat... Not a problem... So how was the wedding?"

"It was good Di... Everyone loved the lehenga you had sent for my sister..." Aayat replied happily.

Sona smiled and stood up after a while, when Aayat had finished talking about the wedding. "Achcha Aayat, I am going to take a bath... Make me some juice na..."

Sona peeled off her clothes and dipped her body into the hot tub of water. Her washroom smelled of melons and lavender. She breathed in the sweet smell and closed her eyes. Her butt really hurt, but the hot water was soothing it down. She heard her bell ring and frowned, "Who can it be at this time?" her mental self asked.

She could hear soft murmurs, Aayat had opened the door. Just then, Aayat came rushing and knocked , "Sona Di... TV bhaiya has come..." She declared.

"TV Bhaiya?" Sona replied, "When did Tata Sky people start coming without a call?" She thought. "Who TV Bhaiya Aayat?" She called out.

"Arre Didi... Your boss...in the TV, Arjun" She replied back. Sona had come out of the tub and had wrapped herself in a silk bath robe. Her curves shouted out sexily. She opened the door and walked out to the hallway. "Dev!" she uttered... Dev's olive orbs travelled down from her face till her bare feet... Mesmerised in her beauty, he stood still...

"Dev?" Sona pulled him out of his trance...

Dev blinked and cleared his throat. "I... I came to see your butt..." He fumbled. Aayat gave a loud exclamation. Sona's hands went up to her hips, a frown playing on her face. " I... I mean I came to see you... How is your butt...?" He heaved a sigh of relief and forced himself to turn his face away from the sexy Sona standing in front of him.

"I am fine Dev... Sit... I'll be back. Aayat give him some coffee." Saying this she turned around and began her sexy walk towards her room. Dev couldn't take his eyes of the gorgeous retreating figure.

The clock ticked its way to a few minutes later,

Sona sipped onto her juice and Dev sipped onto his coffee. "So? Shoot over? When is your call time tomorrow?" Sona asked. She had dressed herself in a short, pink jumpsuit. "Around 8, I guess. What about you?" Dev sipped onto his coffee. "Pick me up while you go" She replied with a smile.

"Are you free this Sunday?" Dev asked. "Yes, Why?" Sona questioned. "Let's go shopping... I need to buy a few things." Dev said finishing his coffee. "Sure" Sona smiled.

"Okay then I'll take your leave..." Dev stood up. "Did you prepare your dinner and come?" Sona quizzed standing up with him. " Umm... Mmm" Dev was fumbling. "No need to lie... You are having dinner with me." Sona declared.

That Night,

Sona lay flat on her bed... shooting whole day was a tiring job. Her whole energy was drained out and she was waiting for sleep to come. She smiled to herself thinking about her fall and Dev's laughter. She turned to her left and let out a soft chuckle thinking about her revenge and slowly sleep crept in to her smiling eyes and she slept off.

Dev on the other hand was sitting, punching the keys of his laptop. His light eyes glimmered in the dim light of his room. He was jotting his day down in the virtual diary of his. He liked doing it. He liked to keep memories written in his own words.

The Next Day, On Location,

Sona was sitting on a chair while Dev gave push-ups. "You know, you can just use a sprinkler." She said coldly. "No...I...Want... Everything...To...Look...Real" He declared, in between his push-ups. Sona rolled her eyes and sipped onto her coffee. "Am I sweating enough to shoot?" He asked lying flat on the carpet. "Mr. Smarty Pants, this is an Air Conditioned Set, no matter how much you sweat now, it's going to dry up, so you have to use sprinkler" She gave a sarcastic teethy smile and stood up, "Chale? Please!"

Dev took his position, a towel hanging down his shoulder. Sonakshi came rushing towards him and banged, "Dr. Ghosh!" Dev began. "Aaooww" She uttered.

"CUT!" The director yelled, "What happened? You Ok?" Dev asked with concern.

"Muscles hai ya patthar!" She exclaimed and returned back to her position.

The shoot continued for an hour or so and as Sona had mentioned Dev had to use sprinkler to showcase sweat.

Lunch Time,

Dev peeped into Sona's dressing room, "What do you have for lunch? I finished mine and I am still hungry" He smiled.

"Come, it's your favourite." She patted on the bed.

"You saw the new SBS video?" She turned her laptop towards him and hit the play button.

The segment was about the power cut sequence and SBS people had captured Sona's hilarious fall. Dev broke into a fit of laughter "Hahaha... Awesome Segment" He declared. The camera had also captured Dev's laugh and how Sona had hit him on his leg. The rest was omitted and their interview was shown, Sona said "Ashna is seeing new colours of Arjun and is realising that he is not that bad. She is developing a soft corner for him." The segment ended with a few more glimpses of the shoot.

Dev began laughing again, " Hash Tag Butt Fall" he uttered making a hash with his fingers. Sona snatched her box from him, "I won't give you my lunch" She said angrily. "Arre! Aise Kaise?" He snatched it back from her. "Haww...!" Sona exclaimed and made a fake sad face. "This won't work on me this time." He mumbled, stuffing his mouth with a big piece of chapati.

That Evening, After Wrap Up

"Dinner?" Sona quizzed. "I have to make" Dev said stopping his car in front of her apartment. "Eat with me then" She said getting down from the car. Dev bent down to look at her, "Aayat must have made food for 2 na? It's okay, I'll go and prepare now." Sona bent and rested her arms on the border of the window, "She always makes food after I go home, so come." Dev was in a dilemma, "Oh-ho stop thinking so much and come."

Dev and Sona stood in the elevator, waiting for her floor to come, "You know, Aayat thinks you are Haaoot (pronounce every letter)" She giggled. Dev looked at her with wide eyes, "What?"; "Yes, she told me yesterday" She chuckled. "You must be joking" He shrugged and looked away. "Fine! Just notice how she'll blush when she sees you." The door opened the next moment and Sona stepped out and so did Dev. He looked at Sona with a frown and Sona gestured him to notice her, pressing the bell she stuck to the wall next to the door.

Aayat opened the door with a huge smile on her face, " TV Bhaiya! Come in..." She blushed, "But, Sona Di is not..." Just then Sona came out of her hiding... "Sona Di what, Aayat?" Sona smiled. She pushed Dev in and closed the door behind her. "Aayat, Dev will have dinner here, today."; "Okay Sona Di..." Aayat said happily, a bit too happily Dev thought and looked at Sona, "Oh My God!" He whispered. "Fan Following, Boss" Sona joked.

Sona filled her mouth with some delicious pasta and, "D..ev! I... umm...mmm";" Finish your food and then talk, Sonakshi" Dev said. She quickly chewed onto it "Do you have shoot tomorrow?" Dev looked up "No! Why?" Sona grinned, "Let's watch Andaz Apna Apna" A big smile appeared on his face. It was Dev's most favourite movie and Sona knew it very well. "Okay what time tomorrow?" Dev asked happily. "Oye, what tomorrow? I was thinking now, after dinner, what say?" Dev frowned and his smile disappeared, "But, by the time it finishes it'll be really late..." He said softly. "Ya so? If it gets too late you can stay back here... I have an extra room you know?" She continued, "What's the harm in crashing here?" She asked. "There's no harm" Dev spoke doubtfully, "But... umm..." Sona smiled, "Dev! Chill... I don't care about others" Dev's eyes shot up at her, "How did she understand what I was thinking?" Dev thought. A smile appeared on his face, "Okay, then... Andaz Apna Apna tonight..."

Sona and Dev finished their dinner and went to Sona's room. She opened her laptop to copy the movie into her pen drive, "A moment Dev, I'll just check India Forums..." Dev smiled, "Sure." A moment later, "OMG! See this... They caught us stealing glances at each other..." She uttered. Dev looked in, "When?" He frowned. "In the SBS segment today" She said. "Hmm" Dev sighed, "I love my fans..." He said, "Great observation I must say..." Sona smiled back and read along, "Aww this girl said I was looking pretty, so sweet of her..." Dev looked at Sona with a serious face, "She must have said just like that... Pretty and you? no chance..." and broke into a round of laughter. "Haww..." She hit him on his shoulder, "How mean". Dev laughed, but inside he knew how pretty she was and how much he appreciated her outer as well as inner beauty. "Was he falling for her?" "Nah..." he answered himself... but he wasn't sure.
