Ishwari Wins!
The title might just take you all by surprise...could not help it...A silent viewer, here is my take on the new twist...
Whilst we are all basking in happiness to hear that Dev calls off his engagement with Natasha, the real winner is Ishwari...and this is what the show is all about...Kuch rang pyaar ke aise bhi!
All along the Natasha fiasco...Ishwari stuck to her guns and let Dev take the decision of deciding to say yes or no to the alliance.. She threw the ball in his court...letting him decide...though he kept asking her to decide for him...with Nuts it was a case...she came...he saw...
Love the way the makers have let this very thin line of possessive or over protectiveness of her son be shown in a very subtle way.
Natasha has never been a threat to Ishwari from day one, as Dev never did show any kind of special interest in her instead he was always unsure of Natasha as being the next important woman in his life. She now supports his WISE decision (according to her & sisters) to say no to Nuts. Because she is simply not yet ready to let go off her motherly strings...the moment she realizes that Sona has won his heart...we will witness another Ishwari...because then it's a love that transcends all other relationships...a love that Ishwari believes will tear her away from her son.
Who knows we might just get a glimpse of Ishwari giving out a sigh of relief...and we'd know...KRPKAB...has begun to take shape!...
And yeah Supriya Pilgaonkar is one helluva actress...playing Ishwari!
