I think now sona should move on...

After seeing dev n natasha together she should get over him..

Sona should get serious about her career.may be she should attend a conference abroad where she is she is speaker.

Dev should start missing her and he will be with natasha but still be thinking abt sona.

After seeing sona is not as bothered as him.he will get jealous..and realize his love for her.

Dev babu ko thoda toh tadpna padega...ab shona ko itna tadpaya hai.itna toh banta hai.😃

According to wat they had shown in the beginning... Sona is a very independent and career oriented woman... So she must have have the power to walk on the correct direction towards her career... She seems to be strong so I'm sure she'll be able to choose career over dev.. As it is in one of the interviews Erica said that its full of sacrifice... Agar WO uske saath khush hai toh let him be... So she is surely gonna walk away...

I don't understand the reasoning here. Its not as if Dev is deliberately ignoring her or making her suffer.

Moving on is what you do when your love is not reciprocated. She hasn't even expressed it yet. Moving on / trying to avoid without even giving the other person a chance is a typical immature passive-aggressive behavior.

If Sona is supposed to be an independent and strong willed girl she should at least attempt and then face the consequences. That is strength, not running away like a little mouse.

On the other hand If Dev is supposed to be a top class business man then at the very least he should be experienced enough to understand a persons body language. This is one flaw in his character which looks like its there just to create UST.

Dev taking time for realise her feelings.
Sona is strong career oriented girl. As the new promo showed that she will leave from there so she will move on in her career rather than sitting & breaking herself.
