Actually, the walking scene in the hospital has really stolen my heart. The way first Dev stood and gestured by his hand that he is there to hold her was really beautiful. And then the way he helped her was adorable with the bg music playing. So I couldn't help myself writing sumthng.
Here Sona has got back to her home and hasn't realize the love but is in the process...

" Miss Bose," called Dev as he stood at the door of Sonakshi's room. Sonakshi looked up from the book she was reading and was surprised seeing Mr. Dixit standing there.
" Aap? Mujhe kisine bataya kyun nehi? Aaiye na Mr. Dixit. Plz andar aiye," she said hesitatingly as she kept the book aside and tried to fix the bed as much she could reach, sitting at her place.
Dev slowly came inside and stood at the tail end of her bed.
" U can sit, Mr. Dixit," said Sona.
" Sourav was telling that you are afraid to walk," said Dev raising his eyebrows.
" Dada eshob apnake keno boleche?" Sona said confused.
" Sorry?" Dev replied more confused.
" I meant why did Dada tell all these to you?"
" Oh! I was just enquiring about your health when he said this," he stated.
" Iss Dada ka toh! Waise woh moktu kahan hai?" she hissed.
" Paitence, Ms. Bose. Aapne bhai se aise kaun baat karta hai?" Dev asked irritated.
" Mere Dada hai mai jaise bhi baat karu aapko kya?" She asked agitated. Aapki behen toh aapse koi baat tak freely nehi kar pate motku kehna toh dur ki baat hai per aap motku ho bhi nehi, she thought and smiled to herself.
" Yeh aap smile kyun kar rahi hai?" Dev asked frustrated.
" Aapko kyun janna hai?" Sona replied.
" Aap jhagda kyun kar rahi hai. Ms. Bose?"
" I don't know. Mujhe aapko thank you bolna chahiye for what u have done for me but I'm just so frustrated. I'm really sorry. Mai aise ghar me baithe baithe I'm feeling literally helpless. I've become fully dependent on others. Mai...I..I'm really sorry," she said shaking her head, her eyes fixed on the ground.
" Ms. Bose..." Dev started but was interrupted immediately.
" Plz don't try to console me, Mr. Dixit," she said meekly facing him with tears in her eyes.
" I didn't know Dr. Sonakshi Bose is this weak?" Dev asked tilting his head atone side.
" Ofcourse I'm not weak. I'll recover soon. I know I'll do it. I can. " She assured herself more than talking to him.
" Can I help u in that?" Dev asked concerned.
I would love to allow you, Dev, she thought in her mind. She smiled again.
" Aap yeh baar baar smile kyun kiye jarahi hain?" Dev asked clearly irritated.
" Nothing. What were u saying? How will u help me?" Sona asked eagerly.
" I mean u can try to walk taking my help," said Dev.
Sona's face turned pale. She would definitely fall and hurt herself again. That pain of accident. She didn't want to go through the pain again.
" I promise u'll not fall, Ms. Bose," assured Dev as he didn't get any reply.
Sona's eyes were fixed on the ground. She still didn't look up.
" I promise," reassured Dev as he placed his hand on Sona's shoulder.
Sona looked up. She stared at him. Something was there in his assurance, in his eyes that made her feel safe with him. She knew he wouldn't break his promise. He wouldn't let her fall.
She nodded. She tried to stand but fell. Suddenly she saw a hand before her. She looked up and saw him smiling and gesturing her to take it. She smiled back and took his support. And she stood with his support, with him by her side promising to never let her fall.
