We got glimpses of that in today's epi. When Aru's freed of her bonds, the first person she wants to run to is her Aai i.e. Tulsi. She looks really lost & wants solace in her mom's arms. After this, once Pavitra stops her from running to Tulsi, Aru looks lost for the rest of the epi as though she has entered some alien world.?

Also Tulsi's reply to Aryan that she's proud of having a son like him but she Aru will always have her heart.

I want a Tulsi & Aru scene!
