So I wasn't really planning on writing anything today but oh well...

So this less of analysis and more of more general thoughts and ideas so this might not be a long as the usual ones (not sure if this is good news or not)

General Thoughts

I was reading a lot of comments and posts all over and you know I realize today that for once, I have found a gang who is crazy about the logic, story and characters and not the actors. Most of us have fallen in love with the acting skills of the actors because of the characters. My realization was more based on the reality that if the storyline, the plot loses its essence, its logic and its beauty we'll probably be the first ones to let it go - unlike other ITV shows where the show exists only for lead pair and the story is recycled every 2 months. We would probably prefer the show to go off-air than lose its originality and logic - for me, even the pace.

So thank you all of you!

I know the show is now entering the most dreaded track and we were just hoping that it would be delayed but let's face it guys - we were expecting it to already be halfway through the revelation track now. The makers actually gave us more romantic scenes and episodes than we had hoped for.

So yes, I am hating these moments now, I stay sad depressed for the couple, and yet I know it will not last 2 months - or so I hope!

It was another realization that I had today, I've never fallen for a couple ever before. Never have I been this crazy about an ITV couple. So thank you, makers, for giving me my first Indian television couple!

Sunaina is a MOTHER!

Yes, I'm biased when it comes to Sunaina. Now that out of the way, let me try and explain.

I think when it comes to Sunaina, we need to be calm. I remember just yesterday people were wondering if Sunaina will even call Veer back and the first thing she did today was to call Veer. Today, people are wondering if she'll sacrifice Krishna for Veer? Hopefully, NEVER.

Sunaina acts like a mother, and if you don't believe me, just go look at your own and you'd realize. They can be the strongest support system you ever ask for and at the same time can freak out and act irrationally at the silliest, tiniest thing!

Hats of to the actor playing Sunaina. She is showing anger to the family destroying her, first her husband, then Veer and now Krishna! Then her emotion of guilt of killing Radhay and fear of losing her son. Veer, her son, who has been supported her emotionally and otherwise for 15 long years (I am assuming Veer is 30). She cannot even imagine letting him go.

She destroyed the evidence, made a useless plan to keep Krishna Veer separated for a few days so that Veer might forget the accident (desperate and useless but its a plan made by a helpless and desperate mother.)

I know today Sunaina seemed all scared and lost and helpless. I get it. But will she sacrifice Krishna? I don't think so. She's the sort of mother who will sacrifice herself instead. At this point, she's helpless.

I know the show will probably not go that direction, but she could always go talk to Shuklain and beg her to save Krishna, and the current mood Shuklain is in, she can maybe come and save the day! I mean there has to be a reason Shuklain turned all positive!

Which brings me to...

Veer is not Krishna

Yes. There is just such a beautiful contrast between Veer and Krishna. Over the weekend Renu wrote a post of the love difference between Krishna and Veer and Krishna and Radhay, and she wrote about the harmony between Veer and Krishna because they are equal and probably a lot similar to one another!

But here is the first and a very important difference! The approach to any situation is very very different. When it comes to Krishna, under the toughest situations, she keeps her calm, uses logic, finds evidence and then acts and reacts. On the other hand, Veer almost always reacts, destroys physical space (his office, Shukla's shop) and then maybe finds a way out.

Remember the not-being-able-to-reach-the-airport track? Had the role reversed, I think before blaming, Krishna would have applied logic, looked at the evidence, talked to Veer and then reacted - especially when the red flags were already pretty visible. Unlike Veer who reacted first, saw the evidence later and then went begging for forgiveness.

What am I trying to say? Simply that I am not sure if Veer would end up saving the day! I think somehow somewhere it will be Sunaina or Shuklain. I might be wrong. I think I'll be proven wrong by the makers - I hope not though!.

What more am I trying to say? That when the accident truth finally comes out, Krishna will act and react more rationally than we are assuming - given her past record. Of course, there will be an initial shock and anger but she'll still be rationale.

Shukla's Happiness

Shukla was super happy. Loved how he and Bela darling were dancing! What an actor! He happiness, his smug face, his smile when Veer threatened him (even he knows Veer will probably not be able to save the day) (I'll probably be eating my words tomorrow but ...) all of that spot on.

Sahana (or was it Renu, or someone else?) very rightly pointed it out that the house of Shukla's was divided (Yes GoT is just around the corner!) There were three celebrating, while the other three wondering what happened. I think these three will probably hatch a plan behind Shukla's back. There has to be a reason Shuklain turned positive. She needs to stand for Krishna and Veer, probably bless them both, only to hate them to the extreme when the truth comes out. Farfetched? Maybe, maybe not.

I know logically Krishna a signed confession might not hold in the law of court especially since there is no evidence and she is denying to sign any such paper - so maybe Veer's lawyer can get her out of jail by just being an intelligent lawyer!

What Now?

Whatever happens, I don't think Krishna will stay in jail too long.

There way too many paths the makers can take - Sunaina confesses and takes the blame, or she sits down with both Veer and Krishna and tells them the truth or Veer somehow finds the truth out or Krishna stumbles upon the truth. However, I would like both Krishna and Veer to reach the truth together - that will be less painful for both them and us. I hope makers make this track more about Krishna Veer vs the Shukla clan and not Krishna vs. Veer - because we've had enough of Krishna vs Veer!

Did I say this will be a shorter post? oh well, nevermind!

Oh wow, one more awesome post from you Aneeqa. First, I want to mention, that you got your first Itv couple as favourite, I had watched so many couples on ITV but, megha and KV are becoming my all time favorite, I am really attracted to them so much . Secondly, I completely agree with you on Shuklain turning positive definitely has the reason and I too feel whatever you mentioned will be a good track for future as we have seen enough of veer versus Krishna. I understand sunaina's pain. Talking about veer and Krishna's contrasting nature, I too agree with that. The way today veer reacted was very different from the way Krishna reacted when he went to the jail. She always had calm approach towards any situation whereas veer gets aggressive most of the time. 😊

What an beautiful post babes...why did u stop...? I want to read more 😆...and congrats on getting the first favourite ITV couple 🥳...
I agree with everything you wrote ...
Especially the mothers part...sunaina was just not selfish for her own son...she wished that her kids shud be happy ...when she was kicking the bangles...obviously she meant Krishna and veer when she said mere "bachoun ki khushi..."...
And shuklaian was also worrie at the other end seeing shukla dancing...her look to laliya and gaj , said it all...even I feel shuklaian will help veer to get Krishna out ...and then the truth might come out ...not sure how but I want to see dr.batra involving in it ...

Loved how you put the difference between Krishna and veer...yeah...I guess men choose to vent out thier anger and frustration mostly by hitting an breaking things...at least I guess its veer...
I really wish he blackmails the lawyer and get the truth out of him...
And want to see Krishna out too...it was so sad to see her crying in jail 🥺...
Let's wish this jail torture ends next week...

I've grown up watching ITV too - and yet this is the first couple I am so so attracted too...

And thank you, babes, for the kind words! 🤗

I hope the makers give us more of drama (Sahays vs Shuklas) and less of agony (seperation)...

Thank you Thabz... 🤗
Yaar honestly adding Dr Batra into the whole equation will defy all logic. I am not sure how I will react to all of it. Unless the add proper logic to adding of Dr Batra.

Dr Batra can play his role as a villain when the reinstating-of-Dr-Veer's-respect-in-London track starts... for now can we please just keep it to Sahay vs Shukla.

And honestly, no, I don't want Veer whitewashed! He is an imperfect human and I love him as is. So does Krishna. He made a mistake, he must repent, he must be held accountable for it and then life moves on... I don't agree with this whitewashing and finding another culprit to put all the blame on!

Aneeqa, what an amazing analysis!! You've covered all of these topics so well!

Re: Sunaina, I agree with you - I 100% do not believe that she would sacrifice Krishna to save Veer. However, I do believe that she feels that the truth being revealed will be much more devastating to both her children than Krishna being in jail. So I think that's why I think she's still withholding the truth.

Re: Krishna and Veer's differences, I had the same thought when I watched yesterday's episode! Krishna and Veer are similar in many ways, more than she and Radhe were, but this is one key area where Veer differs significantly from Krishna. When someone wounds him or someone he loves, his first instinct is to lash out. It takes him time to calm down and start to solve things. Krishna, on the other hand, stays pretty calm. Yes, she gets upset, but she then starts to figure things out and takes action.

Bringing me to your point about how Krishna will react when she learns the truth. The only time we've really seen Krishna lose her confidence and grip on logic is when Radhe's death is involved. When she was grieving Radhe, she allowed the Shuklas to treat her in horrible ways that the normal Krishna wouldn't allow. And even now in jail, she wasn't able to apply her logic to realize that Shukla had trapped her. She's so broken and devastated by the fact that they're accusing her of killing Radhe. So I'm afraid that when she does learn the truth, she may not reaction rationally at all. Yes, she will eventually understand Veer and Sunaina's perspective, but based on her past reactions where Radhe is concerned, I'm worried how long it will be before we see our dear logical Krishna return.

All this is said without having watched today's episode, so the CVs could have completely proven me wrong already 😆 Not sure if I'll be able to watch the next two days due to travel, but I'll try! I'm avoiding the discussion thread because I don't want to read any spoilers 😊

Thank you, as always, for sharing your thoughts!!
