I cannot agree with the part that Veer is a killer. The accident was caused by both Veers and Radheys fault. Radhey was crossing the roading without looking if a vehicle is comming. His concentration was on phone call. Its common sense that roads are for vehicles. And pedestrians should look before crossing the road . And Veers concentration was not on driving. He was discussing some vdo with his mother. And Sunaina was equally at fault for emotionally blackmailing him not to help the wounded radhey. So why should only Veer get the punishment. And Killing is done intentionally . But this was an accident which happened by mistake. And as a Dr he should have helped Radhey.
Then again I am waiting for wrath of veer after his punishment is over for all the tortures he has gone through. I want that old arrogant Veer back atleast for a time being.
Yesterday he was begging to his mother Mujhe meri krishna se alag math karo

You bring up a good point about Radhe's role in the accident. He was distracted, on the phone, and walked in front of the car. I wonder if these facts will be brought up in the storyline at some point.
However, Veer did commit a crime by failing to stop and help the victim. Even though it was an accident, you're required by law (at least in the US, probably also in London) to stop and render aid. On top of that, Veer is a Doctor, and they take oaths to save lives.
The word killer is interesting - it implies a deliberate act, but technically that would be a murderer. Veer did kill Radhe by hitting him with his car, regardless of whether it was Radhe's fault for coming in front of the car or Sunaina's fault for distracting Veer. So I think that's why the word killer keeps coming up.
