I think she realised it when she saw both of them fighting to prove their identity...each one had some points in favour of him being Abhimanyu while the moment...they contradicted themselves...

Firstly about Priyam, he knew all the minute details about Abhimanyu but didnt know how to fix the gun...

Then Abhimanyu...he remembered gun fixing, Gaura...but not Rajveer...

This might have made her realise that there is something fishy and she decided to play along...she might have in that moment of despair and heartbreak ...burnt all his things...then later she might have settled down and decided to find out the truth herself...

I think she never swallowed that tablet, overheard Priyam talk to someone and then decided to act insane so that she can later strike back...

I agree..she was saying in her room..kisiko trust mat karo..sab dhoka de rahe hai..so she let herself be admitted in mental asylam, where she will be alone..and she can decide her next move..bcoz at this point Abhi and priyam being fraud does not erase the fact that Rishav lied to her too..as did every single person in her life..
