I think the two Abhimanyus fighting in the room made her realise she's being fooled and driven mad. That's why in the room she tells herself "tujhe sab pagal kar rahe hain"

I think she had not eaten the medicine. She maybe acting as well to let Abhi priyam think thy won.. She was too much in love wth Abhi and would never burn his belongings if she was not in doubt of them..
About property, I think it must go to Abhimanyu. But i doubt Abhi or priyam will remain there to claim property.. Abhimanyu can easily be framed for making Geetu mentally ill, as thy have proof now that Abhimanyu had adopted Priyam..

Property would go to Abhimanyu unless he is proven guilty of being the mastermind of this plan. ..

Regarding Geetu realising...I think she realised while they both were fighting amongst themselves. .
She didn't probably swallow that tablet and overheard Priyam calling someone. ..
She might be the one whom Sevakram saw and then went out...

She burnt Abhimanyu things as She realised that no-one is true to her...no one in this family and she needs to find out the truth..
So she pretended to be mad...so that she can secretly find out what's going on...

As for Question 2, I think Choti Maa. This is going by her statement that by the time Khushie arrived their work would have been completed.

Regarding the property I think Abhi will get the property or May be even kavya
And regarding when geetu got to know about the plan I think it was when priyam was telling sevak ram to get medicines. Sevak rams expression were such that geetu is standing behind priyam
