Garv and acp saw that cassette but they could not see anybody's face only a guy's hand with a bracelet on. The acp then decided to keep it with him, but when he was going there was some commotion in front of his car. He got down to sort it out and when he returned the cassette was missing from the car. They showed us a hand picking it up.
