well what happended was

kkusum died, kkumud and her and friends again? i guess u could say or kumud forgave her wahtever way u want to put it 😆 Kkusum forgives Mahie 😕 i have NO idea why tho, but anyways, karan and kumud get married, kkusum dies, they move 5 years ahead where kumud has a kid named kkusum and thats about it and they all lived happily ever after
