Kkusum goes into the site looking for Sohan. Garv looking for Kkusum goes into the uncompleted building meanwhile outside Sohan and Ksh*tij also arrives at the site also to look for Kkusum. As Kkusum was looking for a Sohan a figure (that had been following her) comes out in the darkness. She sees the figure, gets scared but cannot make the face in person. In panic she moves back until she get to the end of the uncompleted floor and stops. The mystery man tries to push her of the building but Garv saves her at the nick of time. Just then Sohan and Ksh*tij come in and sight Garv holding Kkusum at the edge of the building and accuse him of trying to kill Kkusum. Kkusum immediately corrected them that Garv had saved her from the mystery man whose face she did not see but saw the direction of his escape. Sohan and Ksh*tij run after the person but only caught a glimpse of the red car as it departed the scene. On their return, they informed Kkusum and Garv of the man. Ksh*tij is repentant for his accusation and misunderstanding to Garv and Garv explains that they should understand that who-so ever is trying to kill Kkusum is responsible for him not getting to court on time. Since Kkusum got bail, the person must still be after Kkusum's life. Sohan says that they should find out more about this mystery guy and ask Ksh*tij to accompany him back to the house because he is sure the guy will still be there. Garv is curious as to what is going on, Ksh*tij explains everything about the red car and how it was traced back to the house belonging to Mr.D'Mello so they would like to go there fast but Garv should take Kkusum home. Garv is in agreement with everything. Left alone, Garv is still ashamed to hold his head high in front of Kkusum. Kkusum tells him that it is she who should be feeling ashamed and she cannot understand who would want her dead.
Ksh*tij and Sohan arrived at the D'Mello house and found the red car there, which indicated that the mystery man was there. They went into the compound and front door of the house was lock so they decided to go in through the back or any other entrance. They entered through the alternative entrance and found a man sitting with his back turned to them. Sohan picked a rod. Sohan and Ksh*tij coordinated their attack as they sneaked up behind the suspected mystery man only to confront the man for an attack and find a dead Mr. Verma sitting on the chair with his throat slit and blood everywhere. A moan came out from the corner of the room they check it out and found Garv's aunty Prianka badly injured and asking for help. While all the shocking revelation was going on they hear a cars' screeching tyres and saw it was the red car making a fast getaway crashing through the wooden gate. Sohan call the police. The ACP and police come in with an ambulance to take the dead Varma and Priyanka to the clinic. ACP asked if Ksh*tij or Sohan could identify the mystery man and they said no. He (ACP) said all was not lost since with the help car's description, number and a statement from Priyanka (when she regains consciousness) would help flush out the culprit of these crimes and thanks they for all their help. Just then Garv arrives at the scene and was filled in about the attack on this aunty and Varma. Garv is shocked and asked the ACP if he had any suspects and he said two one was Nakul who was still missing even after he must have heard that kali and his friend got bail and the other is his aunty. Ksh*tij and Garv tried to defend their separate relations and ACP Sahwney points out that he understood their concerns but the law knew no relations. ACP departs
Aryaman gets worried that he knows Nakul has many bad habits but is incapable of killing anyone. Ksh*tij explains that Nakul is only suspected but not yet charged with anything. Ksh*tij says that intends to find out the truth and if Nakul was innocent then nothing would happen to Nakul, but if he is in anyway connected to either in Mahi's murder or Kkusum's attacks, then he will not forgive him too. Ksh*tij leaves for Police Station.
At the Hospital with ACP tells Garv, Sohan and Ksh*tij he would need their assistance in solving this. The ACP explains that everything should be clear with Priyanka's statement even though she is still on his suspects list. Garv asks the ACP why he suspects his aunty was also injured & may have been kidnapped. Ksh*tij tries to explain to Garv about Sohan's earlier sighting of Priyanka with Verma in a car and ended up have a serious argument as Garv was not ready to believe that his aunty could be a suspect. (Aryaman overhears their talks considered the possibility of Esha being the master planner.) Aryaman stopped the argument between Garv and Ksh*tij and tells them that they need to find the murderer first.
Kkusum was taken back to the kapoor's residence where Abhay, Abhay's mom, father and Uncle ask Kkusum to stay at their house, she refuses but after a lot of pressure she agrees. Nikita and Arundhati are worried, of course a classic moment always follows, as the spy Kali comes inside the house clapping her hands and congratulates Kkusum that her plan had finally worked. Everyone is shocked except for Arundhati who has a smirk on her face. Abhay still trying to control his anger tries to explain to kali but she insists that had killed Mahi to take her place. Abhay is now clearly upset and Kkusum tries to cool him down but kali would still not let up. She says that Mom just dies a few days ago and he has already brought Kkusum home. Abhay approaches Kali and tells her that what she thinking is wrong. Kali tell Abhay that she and her mother understood Kkusum's evil intensions and of course he slapped Kali hard. Everyone is shocked. Sarala tries to make Kali see reason, as she had known Kkusum from a long time, which was talking to a brick wall for Kali, did not believe a word she said. Kkusum says she doesn't need anything from this house and should not falsely accuse her of Mahi's death. Kkusum tells Sarala that if someone wants to kill her, then it would make no difference where she lives at this point she leave the house in tears. Kali also departs with a vengeful look on her face. Abhay asks Aryaman to arrange Police Protection for Kkusum.
A Kkusums' home, ACP comes with two constables and reassures the concerned Kkusum that he did not come to arrest her but to give her protection, and the protection would be there until the case is solved.
Back at the kapoor's house Nitin while reading a newspaper noticed that someone is arranging a party in memory of Mahi to collect funds for the schools for poor children, and informs Sarala of this. He says that all the big guys in Ministries, Film Stars and Industrialists … had already been invited. Just then the house help came in with a courier and it contained the invitation to that same party. Sohan comes in, sees the invitation. Sohan tells them that the party is organized at the same hotel where Mahi was killed so they should go there to find out who is behind this.
