Malaysia:
It starts with Abhinav telling the new guy that Swati is dead… The guy falls back on the sofa and says that he also thought that Swati was no more but she is back now… he says that he doesn't care what her plans her but she has to work for him… He goes near Kkusum and says that he will be there tomorrow to take her… Abhinav asks him to get out… The guy says that she has got good people with her and he asks Abhinav to take care of her… Kkusum is very upset… The guy says that last time she betrayed him and ran away but this time he'll be watching her… Kkusum gets very upset and says that she already had so many problems and now this face has created even more problems…
India: The Chawl:
The mail man comes to the chawl and asks for house no 41… The lady from the neighborhood asks him who he is looking for… She tells him that the people who were living there have left the place… The lady asks him to give the letter to her and that she will give it to someone from the family if they come there…
Back to Malaysia:
Abhinav says sorry to Kkusum… He says that they left in such a hurry that he did not consider Swati's past… He says that Swati's past is still haunting him… He blames himself for giving her Swati's face (((((did he perform the surgery on Kkusum???? Then, why did he come after her thinking she is Swati and tried to create misunderstanding between her and Abhay??? I'm so confused))))) Kkusum asks him not to blame himself… She says that first they have to figure out a way to get rid of that person… Abhinav says that hopefully everything will be alright… He says that once the guy realizes that she is not Swati, then he will back off himself… He says that they should first admit Abhay to the hospital… Kkusum refuses and says that first she wants to leave this house… Abhinav says the guy is keeping an eye on them and he shouldn't suspect what they are up to… He says that they can only do this at night…
Kkusum goes to Abhay… He is looking at the beach through his window… Kkusum asks him what he is doing… He says that he is looking at the beach… He asks kkusum where all this water comes from… KKusum says that when it rains, all the water goes to the rivers and then that water enters the ocean… Abhay asks what if this water comes in their house, then their house will be destroyed… He says that they won't stay in this house… Kkusum thinks to herself that they had made their house far away from the ocean but the ocean has entered their house now… She tells Abhay that she is going to the hospital right now… He asks her why? KKusum tells him that she got hurt so she is going there… He asks her if it hurts a lot… She says that it shouldn't matter to him since he doesn't like her… Abhay says that he will come with her to the hospital so that when the doctor gives her an injection, he will slowly blow on it… Kkusum is touched and she caresses his hair…
India— Kapoor House:
The lady from the neighborhood comes to Mahi… She says that there is a letter for Sarla… She says that she thought it might be important so she came here… Mahi says that she is not at home right now but if she gives her the letter then she would give it to Sarla once she returns… It is Kkusum's letter!!!! Mahi reads it and finds out that Kkusum is in Malaysia with Abhinav… Mahi thinks to herself that Kkusum will have to struggle there as well… She says that with this letter she will change everything here…
Malaysia:
Abhinav, Kkusum, and Abhay are leaving for hospital when a guy stops them… There are a bunch of guys standing there… He calls his boss and tells him that they are going to the hospital… After the call, he tells them that they will accompany them…
India— Kapoor House:
Mahi comes to sarla and tells her that Kkusum has sent a letter for her… The whole family is sitting there… Sarla takes the letter and reads it… She is shocked and starts to cry… Mahi takes the letter from her and starts to read it… The letter says that she is tired of living with them and taking care of Abhay… The letter says that she cannot live with a handicapped person, so she is breaking all her relationships with them and going with Abhinav… Nitin is shocked and so are the other members of the family… Mahi says that their bahu ran away with Abhinav and before going what she did to Abhay… Sarla says that nothing has happened to Abhay and as far as Kkusum is concerned, she has no relationship with this family anymore… Everyone is shocked… Mahi is very happy…
Malaysia-- Hospital:
A doctor is doing Abhay's check-up… Abhay asks Abhinav where Kkusum aunty was. He tells him that she went to get his medicines… Abhay insists that he call Kkusum... Abhinav goes to Kkusum and tells her that the doctor said that Abhay will get well very soon… He says that they will have to bring him here for 4 hours everyday… Kkusum says that if he can get well, she is even willing to bring him here for 24 hours… Abhinav says that the doctors were asking for his case study… Kkusum says that she forgot to bring it with her… Abhinav says that he will contact the doctor and get it… They go to Abhay's room… He is not there… They are shocked… They go around the hospital looking for him… Kkusum says that she'll go and look for him on the terrace… She goes and sees Abhay standing at the edge… The guards are there too… Abhay says that everything looks so small from up there… She tries to go to him but the guards stop her… 'The guy' is there too… Kkusum asks him why he brought Abhay here… The guy asks him to stop her drama because he doesn't have that much patience… He says that since she loves this 45 year old kid a lot, he will stay with him until she completes the task… He says that as long as she does what he says, he will take very good care of Abhay and continue his treatment but if she doesn't, then he will… KKusum shouts but Abhinav comes there and stops her… The guy asks her to meet him at some spot where his guards will bring her… He asks Abhay to come with him as he will buy him some new toys today… Abhay is all excited and goes with him…
Malaysia- Imran's Place:
KKusum goes to meet the guy… They guy says that she was the one who designed this room, and now she is getting scared there… Ok, finally we find out that his name is Imran… Kkusum asks him to leave her and her husband alone… Imran asks her to look at the picture of a man, Yash Raichand… He says that his name is very common but he is very rich and important person… He tells her that it is very hard to get to him… He says that all she has to do is enter the good books of this man and then slowly close his book (kill him)… Kkusum shouts and says that he has lost his mind… She says that he thinks that she can kill someone?… She says that he can kill her but she can't kill anyone… Imran says that he cannot kill her because her life is very important for him but he can take the life of this person… He then shows a picture of Abhay holding a gun… Kkusum is shocked… He says that she doesn't have a choice, so she has to do this work for him… He says that she should remember that his eyes will always be on this mad boy… He says that Abhay will stay with her but will not be far from his reach… Kkusum is shocked…
Malaysia—Abhinav's Place:
Kkusum is crying… She tells Abhinav that she never imagined that this would happen to her… She says that she came here to treat Abhay but now she is being asked to kill someone… Abhinav says that she has no option…He says that there are two ways… One is Abhay's life and the other is Abhay's death… Kkusum gets upset and says that how can she kill someone, she is not Swati, and she is not a serial killer…. Abhinav says that she has to do it in order to save Abhay… Kkusum says that she will never let Imran do this but she says that she cannot kill anyone… She says that she doesn't know what to do…
The next day, Kkusum comes to Abhinav and asks if he found out anything… Abhinav is using his laptop and says that he is looking for it… Kkusum goes and tries to call home… Abhinav grabs her and asks her to come see that the people she is trying to contact have broken all their relationships with her… He shows her the news on the internet… Kkusum is shocked…
