well i dont think it waz any1's fault abhay is now a child and kshitij waz being rude but whenever some1 is rude they dont expect 2 be killed 4 it. even though i dont like him im still sayin that.

I think its Abhay's doctors fault. Abhay needs constant supervision and this should have been determined by his doctor. He should have been sent to an institution/hospital. You can't blame a sick person- those caring for the individual must hold responsibility. When the individual is a danger to himself or others, then responsible people step in to make sure something like this does not happen.
