Whatever the name is - doesn't matter, it started as Kavyanjali and maybe it will always remain that - like a flower, Kavya's presence is always there but life goes on.
Just because the name says it, does not mean that they are always together..maybe that is what ekta intended, maybe that is not how the serial comes out to be ..who knows, when it comes to changing storylines I am sure that the 'name' is at the bottom of her list of concerns.., she doesn't care about people, what will she care of name of her serial..!!!
