Don't Kavya and his family know the difference between Pammi 's baby and Kavya and Anjali's baby. Don't they look the same

yea, it's illogical but it's how tv works. but i guess they're playing on the fact that babies change a lot and quick when they're that young and since the family hadn't seen the baby for like 2 months, they don't recognize him. plus they didn't spend a whole mess of time with the baby earlier because they didn't know it was ka's baby.

and anyways, ekta probably got a diff baby all together to play the role...
