Just click on the orange "download" box and then another page comes up. In the middle, you will see a "download the file now" link, right click on it, and then on "save target as" to save it to your computer.

If for some reason, you cannot play videos on your computer or you get only the sound and no picture, make sure you have the necessary codecs installed. K-lite codec package is pretty good and available here:

Read the first post. You need proper codecs installed. Then you will have no problem watching any kind of video on your computer. 😊
