i have tried makeing sigs but i just can't get it right, and i know there r a lot of pll on this forum that can make lovely sigs , i have Corel Paint shop pro X,
and yea i have tried making them but i can't ,

how do i get the glitter around the border 2 move, i can get the glitter but it dnt move or spark at all 😭 i need ur help plzzz help
