hmm....personally i find the charachter of arjun quite realistic and adorable...yess he has lost his attitude but the fact is he was never actually a very attitude or ego wala banda...he was basically a loner and a soft hearted person who was hurt by his mother bcoz of which he tried to shield his soft innerself with all attitude and gussa...

i think arjun-aro fell in love quite naturally i.e by being attracted to each other's virtues(like arjun being a soft hearted person who saves an injured puppy, help an ill employee etc......arohi being a helping and sanskari girl).................

in current situation arjun asks his girl to kiss him...coochi-coos with her....pamper her...at the same time gives due respect to her family and dreams...and loads of other things that normal guys do for the woman they love the most.........

but the prob. is some ppl are soo used of seeing larger than life casanova and stud type charachters that a normal lovable guy doesnt appeal to them....
but i guess every1 has their opinion....

btw u appear to completely hate the serial.....its quite brave of u to actually continue watching something u despise 👏
