Update
Arjun rudely tells the "aunty" to leave; as she does so, Arjun receives Arohi's SMS, informing him that she is standing outside the restaurant with Salil and Nikhil, who are assuming him to be on a date with the "aunty", and so he should continue with the act, otherwise, they'll be caught out! Arjun panics – and attempts to stop the "aunty" from leaving, and in doing so offers to salsa with her! 😆 He then realises that if she accidently falls on him, he'll be unable to go attend work for a week at least! However, on seeing that Salil and Nikhil are outstide watching him, he takes the rose from their table and grits his teeth, taking the "aunty" to the dance floor …she injures him several times! But they continue, regardless. (bechara Arjun!)
Nikhil and Salil are devastated by Arjun's behaviour, whilst Arohi inwardly laughs! Eventually, Nikhil leaves to see his girlfriend, whilst Salil insists to drop Arohi home, as it will allow him an opportunity to apologise to Poorvi for earlier. Arohi half-heartely agrees, and before leaving sends a SMS to Arjun!
Arjun receives Arohi's text message jsut as they finish their dance.. but the "aunty" declares that they will re-do it again, once she's done a touch-up! Arjun grimaces!
DK and Mr Mitthal are purposely discussing the "disaster" that's ensuing because of the music-school plans, which they had intended to gift to Salil and Poorvi, but now doubt they will even have them married! Hari Prasad overhears this (as per their plan); and decides to sign over the land, provided the orphans-project is also incorporated into the scheme. Mr Mitthal announces that they will sign the papers in two days, which according to Paddy is an auspicious dayfor Salil and Poorvi's sangeet/mehndi.
Next morning, Arohi and Siddharth are met with the old employee (who Arjun had forced to take leave on health-grounds and undergo treatment, but Arohi had misunderstood their entire conversation). He clears Arohi's misunderstanding, and praises Arjun for granting him a second-life.
The receptionist compares Arjun to a coconut – hard on the outside, but soft on the inside. He recalls that Arjun arrived on 27 September, Arohi interrupts, surprised that it's the same date as her mom's birthday ..the receptionist continues to explain that Arjun's driver relayed an incident to him then, where Arjun had been adamant that an injured puppy was taken to a Vet. Arohi recalls the incident; Siddharth interrupts her, but Arohi simply smiles and leaves from there. (the JIGSAW is being pieced together ..and funnily, all at once ..I just hope that this doesn't bear the signs of any looming disaster!)
Poorvi tells Arohi that she should openly say if it's one of four things - "friendship", "sorry", "thank-you" or even "I love you" ..Arohi leaves, deciding to tell Arjun of her feelings for him, so as to remove any later "what ifs".
Arohi rings Arjun, he answers, saying he know's why she has rung him - to say she "hates him" and is glad that she managed to avoid having dinner with him last night! But he also needs her to tell him something - why were they wanting to hide the dinner-meeting; it wasn't a planned-theft. Arohi explains that they were trying to hide it because they themselves are hiding something else. Arjun asks her what it is she wanted to tell him – her "dil ki baat"; she asks to meet at the cliff, he agrees.
They both takes AGES to get ready. 😳 (but I loved the dress Arohi was wearing ..it SO suits her! I can't say the same for the dinner-date-dress! 😛)
Arohi is waiting at their meeting-point when Arjun appears. She explains that this is the place where two lovers jumped, ending their lives in order to be together – she wanders how it must be to love to such an extent that they gave up their lives. Arjun rubbishes the act saying that if they HAD really loved each other, they should have given their love and their lives at least one chance to make it all work out. If one cannot value their life, how can they value love? Arohi agrees. 😃😉😳
Arjun asks Arohi if she believes in love – she replies that she believes in humanity; herself; life; and that if someone can understand another's sorrow/cry on their behalf, may that is what people call …but stops. They both look at each other, and she returns to her real reason for meeting him there. She refers to him as "tum" and then apologises and asks if she may refer to him as "tum" for the while, he sweetly allows her to do so regardless. 😉
