"Hey sexii!" Arohi heard a deep voice from the back of her, she turned round to see. There stood a gang of three people staring at her. She got so scared.

She wanted Arjun. None of the three made any move but Arohi was still scared. What if they did something to her? She was strong. Arohi always carried pepper spray in her bag but Arjun had her bags now she had nothing to defend her. One of the muscular guy came closer to Arohi and went round and round her. The other two whistled and chanted, "Tu chees badi hai mast mast…" Arohi's heart was pumping fast she didn't know what to do. She tried to walk away and when she did the muscular guy pulled her red duppatta, which made her pull back wards. The muscular guy held her by the waist tightly. Arohi struggled to push him. Arohi kicked him hit his chest but the guy wouldn't move. The guy held Arohi's wrist and pulled her closer, He tried to kiss her but she moved every time. Then the guy felt a hand on his shoulder. Arjun grabbed the muscular guys shoulder then pulled him back which made the guys let go of Arohi's hand. Arjun whispered, "Let go of her or ill hurt you in ways you have never understand," to the guys ear. Arjun's eyes were showing anger and now Arjun was clutching the muscular guys neck. Arohi was getting worried. Another skinny guy from the gang crept up behind Arjun and pulled Arjun's hand away from the muscular guy with force. That made Arjun's bone click. Arjun slapped the skinny guys face while the muscular guy jumped on Arjun's back. The muscular guy wrapped his legs around Arjun so that Arjun wouldn't be shaken off. The third member of the guy ran away. The skinny guy pulled out a knife, "You don't let us have her we will stab you to death. It better if you hand her over." "I'll die if I have to but I will never give her to you. She means the world to me. I know what you will do to her and I will never let that happen!" "Oh, lover boy, lets fight then." 'Lover boy, why does everyone think like that, we are just friends' Arohi thought to herself. The skinny guy ran forward with the knife in his hands toward Arjun. The muscular guy took arohi to the corner for protection. Arjun dodged the knife and ran to Arohi. Arjun separated the muscular guy from the Arohi. Arjun grabbed Arohi hands to run but the muscular guy already had his arms around her, pulling her back. The skinny guy passed the knife to the muscular guy. The knife was held next to Arohi's neck. "Move away or I'll kill her!" tears ran down Arohi's face and wetted her clothes. Arjun's eyes flashed with hatred and he kicked the guy in his private place. This made the muscular guy let go of arohi. "Arohi go! Run! I'll come! Just go!" he shouted at her. "Arjun I can't leave without you! Come with me please!" "Arohi I said Go! TUGHE MERI KASAM!" Arohi ran out of the mall, got into her car and reached her house crying and crying non-stop and getting worried that Arjun doesn't do something wrong and end up in jail. Arjun on the other hand finished the beating up and the bad guys ran away. Arjun made his way to Arohi's house hoping to find her there. Arohi was on her bed crying. She was so worried and scared. What could have happened to her if Arjun wasn't there? All the badnami, people questioning. "It's my entire fault," she got more worried that Arjun could have got hurt. He was her best friend. He always stuck up for her. If it wasn't for Arjun arohi could have been raped by now. She kept crying. She couldn't help herself. It was too much to take in. She tried to call Arjun several times but he wouldn't pick up.

After few minutes there was a knock at Arohi bedroom door and Arjun came in. Arohi got up to see who it was and she ran straight to him. She hugged him tightly. Not letting go a minute. She was so caring. He wanted to tell her so much but he couldn't have her. She might be smiling but he knew that she wasn't over the fact that she could have been raped. He could have lost her today. But he had to make her recover and strong. Then Arjun spoke. "You are acting like my wife." "Gande! At least don't joke around at this situation," She applied some cream then put on the bandage. Arjun got up and pulled her with him. "Sorry, ab tum koi tension mat lena khana khana, rona mat aur sone jaana, agar mughe time milla toh main phone lagaunga. Ok." "Kyu? All night they talked to each other. Arjun made Arohi laughed. She felt better now. When they hung up the phone, Arohi thought about how Arjun had always protected her no matter what. No body could do that unless they loved you to pieces. He had cared for her so much but why? He had always acted more than friend. Arohi had begun to get more suspicious. She thought 'he is so hot, his smile just makes me want to forget the world.' 'Arohi stop thinking like that' Arohi told herself. No matter how hard arohi tried there was always a part of her that said it's more than friendship. The next day Arjun, Shefali. Romit and Sanchit were at the disco. Arohi stayed at home. She didn't like the way everyone was in the discos especially the girls, she didn't like the smell, and she wouldn't even go near alcohol. Arohi might be modern but she knew what was right and wrong.
