Chapter 14
"You know Arjun, every time we were with each other i always felt this emotion, but it was a unknown emotion at the time. I didn't know why i felt different with you! These butterflies would come into my stomach and raid it until i felt so weird, it's actually so hard to express what i was feeling but it was definitely new to me... and now finally i know what the emotion is and i'm so glad I've released it out now! I love you so much Arjun!" Arjun held Arohi tight and kissed her forehead, "I love you too gorgeous"
Sheetal and Khushi were busy doing their usual girly things, doing each others nails, curling one another's hair, everything was just totally chilled with both sisters. After finding out the news about Arjun and Arohi becoming a couple they were definitely shocked but happy for them. Arjun never spoke about his social life to his sisters so they didn't know anything what was going on with him...all they really were aware about was his job! If Arjun hadn't found that agency to get a job them he would still be wondering in his house making crazy phone calls to find a job! In fact, Arjun didn't even tell Sheetal and Khushi about his relationship, they found out by watching the news on the television! He had become so private with his relationship that he didn't even think once about telling his sisters...
"Sis, i don't know why bhai's doing this! He never was like this, he completely ignores us now. I understand he's with Arohi but it's so unfair." Sheetal looked at Khushi who already had teary eyes. It was true, Arjun was drifting apart from them and they only just realized it. Sheetal held back her tears for her little sister and pulled her into a hug..."Khushi, listen to me! Remember those time's bhai used to say we were his two best sisters in the whole wide world? Remember when he never used to go anywhere without us...That was the best brother in the world but life changes Khushi" Sheetal let go of Khushi and all Khushi was able to do was watch the words come out of her big sisters mouth. "Bhai has just been busy, with work and then he's got us to look after and now he's got a girlfriend! We just need to get used to him not being around anywhere" Khushi looked down and wiped her tears away.. "Okay di, let it be. Forget i said anything i don't want to think about this anymore" Khushi got off her bed and walked out the room leaving Sheetal shattered. "Someone really need's to tell bhai, and if not Khushi...then i will"
"Come on Arohi, i need to go! I haven't spoken to Khushi or Sheetal for a long time! I'll see you tomorrow okay?!" "Arjun please! Pretty please! I don't want you to go!" Arjun rolled his eyes and untangled Arohi arm which was wrapped around Arjun's arm. "I really need to go baby, i promise you i will meet you tomorrow! I will wait outside your house gate by ten in the morning? Okay?" Arohi gave a cheeky smile and leaned forward. "Are you forgetting something Mr Singhania?" Arjun leaned forward and gave a soft tender kiss on her lips. He backed away and smiled, "See you late gorgeous, i'll call you later!" Arohi watched as Arjun drove off. She walked back into her office and went straight into her cabin. Falling straight into her chair she looked at all the files stacked up on her desk. "Ugh what a way to spend the rest of the day! But second thoughts, if i sort all this out then maybe i'll get to spend the whole day with Arjun tomorrow!" Thinking of this brought a instant smile on Arohi's face and forgetting about all the laziness a few seconds ago she began working away...
Arjun walked into his house and saw Sheetal and Khushi sitting on the couch watching television. A instant smile came on his face as he walked towards them. Today would be a catch up day with his two sister's! He jumped on the couch scaring Khushi and Sheetal and instantly they got off the couch. "Bhai what the hell do you think your doing?" Arjun's smile began disappearing..."Khushi i was just-" and all he saw was Khushi run away into her room slamming the door shut. He stood up and stared at Sheetal. "Now are you going to tell me what's wrong with Khushi?" Sheetal shook her head and with a disappointed look she began "I cannot believe this! Bhai, do you really want to know what her problem is? In fact, our problem is YOU! Yes you bhai, you've really upset both of your sisters! Do you even remember that you have sisters?" Arjun shocked to see what Sheetal was saying but he let her continue.. "You have totally ignored us out of your life! You know how much me and Khushi love you but why are you doing this! Now you have a girlfriend you're acting so different! Bhai you didn't even care to ask us how we felt about you having a girlfriend! What happened to the old bhai, where he used to stay with us all the time, there never was a day where you didn't speak to his...and now you barely see us!" Sheetal couldn't bare holding her tears back and at that instant moment she broke down in tears. Arjun couldn't believe any of this situation he had put himself in. Had he really ignored his sister to the extent that they were having a emotional breakdown? He quickly pulled Sheetal into a hug. "I'm so sorry, Sheetal listen to me! I promise you i will never leave you in a situation like this...i've just been really busy lately and i've not had time for anything!" He released Sheetal from the hug and wiped her tears, "I will never let you down like this ever again, i promise" Sheetal smiled and closed her eyes. "Bhai, it's best you talk to Khushi, she's more upset than me.." Arjun nodded and walked towards Khushi's bedroom door...
"Dad, i've just come back from such a stressful day at work and now your giving my all these lectures! Please stop!" Arohi had almost enough due to her dad trying to take over her life! All he was trying to do was separate Arohi with Arjun and she was not letting this happen! "How dare you talk back to your father! You should obey and respect what i say! That man is not fit enough for you, his profession, his lifestyle, it's a joke! Why don't you understand he's a waiter for famous people like you! Imagine all the talk that is going around about this family, all because of you and that silly little filth!" "DAD! SHUT UP! You say one more thing about Arjun and you can forget you ever had a daughter!" Arohi's mom quickly ran up to Arohi to calm her down. "Calm down Arohi, you don't know what your saying in anger..." Arohi gave her parents a deadly look and practically sprinted into her bedroom. Sh had had enough with this family! They didn't care about her! All they cared about was this family's reputation...hell with reputation! Arohi took a deep breath and to calm herself down she set out a lovely bubble bath. She just needed it after a day like this...
It was seven in the morning and Arohi was already awake. She was looking forward for a day out with Arjun! He was going to meet her at ten but she definitely need three hours to look her best...She looked in her mirror and smiled to herself happily! "Ahh, a day with no one just Arjun, no family, no work, no paparazzi, just my lover boy Arjun" Arohi stared into space and quickly clicked herself back to reality! "Oh god, what am i doing sitting around dazing off into wonderland? I need to get ready!"
Khushi already patched things up with Arjun and they were all happy like nothing ever happened in the first place. Arjun, Khushi and Sheetal sat around the breakfast table, after a very long time, and were having their usual chat and gossip. "Bhai, are you spending your day with us today? Khushi asked with a innocent look on her face and Arjun couldn't help but say yes. "Yes baba! I'll spend my day with you both rascals! Joke don't murder me!" Sheetal burst out laughing and cleared her sore throat. "Okay okay, seeing as your spending your day with us, what are we going to do? There's nothing to do at home, it's so boring! Me and Khushi have watched all the movies over and over again and now i tend to fall asleep half way through them!" Arjun took Khushi's hand in his right palm and Sheetal's hand in his left palm, "Fine, i'm going to take both of you out today...so go and get ready, looking your best cause we are going out!" The two sisters jumped up off there chairs and were gone within seconds!
Arohi walked up and down outside her house gate. She wore a purple mini dress which ended just above her knees. It was a simple going out dress, not too simple, and not too over the top. "Where are you Arjun? Your half an hour late...please hurry up" Arohi couldn't help talk to herself as he wasn't answering her phone...
It was eleven and she was still standing outside waiting for Arjun, but had no choice but to give up. She headed back into her house and wiping her tears her mom stopped her. "Arohi, have you seen your face? If this is what Arjun can do to you why are you with him! He's disappointed you, your dads right! He's just with you for your wealth!" Arohi looked at her mom and realized that there was no point saying anything to her, she didn't care anyway...
