Yah its very early to fall in love, but from what we saw till now i can say he might have felt something special about her.
Wich i definetely know Arohi felt with the touch near the changing room, though she doesn't know its Arjun.
That special feeling if it continous to grow on them then it can be said love.
But for now i would like them to wait and understand each other before falling in love.
Just my opinion 😃
