that is a thought that came to my mind remember hiten replacing cezzane.well maybe ekta decides to put sumone else to play prem(mind you sum1 who can potray the character of prem like harshad did)and after sumtime harshad comes back
well that is just the thought and if ekta sees that people are loving premeer chemistry then she might not kill prem's character but just replace harshad with some one else although i really don't think anyone can fill harshad's shoes
