Gayathri is just Prem step mother thats it I think, and I think with Lalit, Gayathri has 2 more sons and 2 more daughters..I think. Some one correct if I'm wrong..I didn't watch the show from the start 😳

Prem is not adopted...he is Lalit's son from his first marrige and Gayatri has 3 kids-Preet,Harman n Veera....and Kulraj is Prem's real sister

Prem and his elder sister Kulraaj are Lalit's first wife's children. Harman, Preet and the youngest daughter Veera(n?) are Gayatri and Lalit's children.
