I was looking on www.indya.com the character sketches of the characters. These are some of the mistakes I've noticed, or things that have not been revealed yet.
Krishna Juneja (KD):
She is the head of the Mann family.
Okay, if her name is Juneja, how is she the head of the Mann family?
Lalit Juneja:
Lalit is KD's only son. One of the 10 most powerful men of Mumbai City and is a very forthright human being. In his younger days, Lalit started off their business as a small time retailers of things like cars, electronics and gold from all over the world to sell it in the grey market. Slowly his clientele became from the regular wholesalers to the who's who of the Mumbai city, from politicians to celebrities to high society crowd, everyone was floored by Lalit's way of doing business.
Lalit fell in love with Shipra and married her. Things were bliss till about five years and they had two kids – daughter Kulraaj and son Prem, till the day Shipra discovered that she had cancer. Shipra passes away and Lalit then got married to Gayatri, Shipra's younger sister. It took a while for the bond to develop between Lalit and Maya and today they have kids – two sons – Preet, Harman and and one daughter – Veera.
Lalit is very upset with his daughter – Kulraaj as she had run away and had got married to Rajesh. It's been about ten years that Kulraaj and Kiran have got married and till date Lalit maintains a very cordial relationship with his son-in-law Kiran.
If Lalit is KD's only son, how is she the head of the Mann family? And he is not a businessman of Mumbai, he lives in Canada! It has not been revealed as of yet as to what exactly the Juneja family does, what kind of business they have, nor has it been revealed how the business started. Nothing about Shipra has been revealed. Maybe it will be after Heer and Prem get married, and perhaps Prem finds out and some problems will be created. It states that Gayatri's name is also Maya...huh? The appearance of Kulraj or Veera has not been made, only three sons are revealed as Lalit Junejas offspring...and I guess Kulraj got married to two guys...Rajesh and Kiran...lol
Gayatri Juneja:
She is Lalit's second wife and a stepmother to Kulraaj and Prem.
Hasn't been revealed yet that Gayatri is Lalit's second wife.
Kulraj Juneja:
Kulraj is Lalit and Reena's daughter and is the eldest sibling. She fell in love with Kiran and married him against all odds.
The existence of Kulraj hasn't even been revealed. The fact that Shipra is also Reena, wow, how can people have two different names!
Kiran:
The existence of him is also unknown.
Prem Juneja:
Prem is Lalit and Maya's son. Prem is someone who still has not done her real mother's (Reena) shraddh as he believes – my mother is still alive so why should I mourn her death.
I thought he was Shipra/Reena's son? It looks to me as if he think's Gayatri is his real mother. And why have the names changed all of a sudden?
Harman Juneja:
Harman is in love with Urmila, Ram Jethmalani's only child. This fact would be hidden from the Maan family and will only be unearthed later in the story when Lalit wants Harman to marry Heer because of Prem's sudden death.
Harman not only refuses to marry Heer but even walks out of the house as marries Urmila and agrees to stay with her in her house. For him Urmila is his ticket to success.This is something that Lalit will never come to terms with and may even disown Harman.
Hmm...a lot of info in here hasn't been revealed yet...obviously...Heer and Prem still haven't met! lol...but the fact that Prem dies suddenly, hopefully it's all a lie and has been mistakenly written in there, just like the rest of the information.
Preet Juneja:
A lawyer by profession. Preet is in love with Shweta. It's only when Prem passes away that Preet realizes his responsibilities and even agrees to marry Heer and becomes "The son of the family"
No! This can't be true! Prem cannot die! And Heer cannot marry Preet! I mean come on! And since when is Preet a lawyer by profession? He doesn't do anything!
Veera Juneja:
Has no existence so far.
Nirbhay and Jeet:
Have no existence so far.
Balraaj Maan:
He is a farmer and has petrol pumps as well. They are very modern cum routed family. He is only worried about his gossipmonger daughter Piya.
Since when does Balraaj have petrol pumps? If he did, then he wouldn't rely on his farming to feed the family. The Maan family is NOT modern, and Meher's name is not Piya!
Teji Maan:
Surprisingly, everything is right about her.
Balwant Maan:
Everything is right about him too.
Daljeet Maan:
Sarita has three daughters – Ashlesha and Vishaka and son – Nihaal.
Since when is Daljeet's name Sarita? And how come there are only two daughters listed? Where is her son, Nihaal? He has never been mentioned.
Ashlesha:
Hasn't been introduced much yet, so that's why her info cannot be stated as wrong.
Vishaka:
Vishaka is totally charred when Ram leaves her and married Heer.
All info on Vishaka also can't be stated as wrong, except this one. Since when is Preet's name Ram?
Heer Maan:
Heer is a lawyer by profession and works for NGO's. Heer is not a rebellious person but does not hold herself before fighting for causes that she feels are right.
Umm, I think a person who can't read sort of can't become a lawyer! And I don't think Heer stands up for herself, she's quite a chicken.
Meher Maan:
Everything is right for her. Just the fact that it says above that her name is "Piya".
Nihaal Maan:
