Preet walked into one of the living rooms of the Juneja mansion holding a medium sized box in his hands. He quickly looked around and scanned the premises. Phew!He breathed a sigh of relief. No one is around. This is the perfect opportunity for me to hide this box.

He went to the office room - seeing there is no one around he closed the door. He opened the cabinet and hid it in one of the drawers.
Preet had a huge grin😃he's thinking "lets see if "Eid ka Chand" will ever see this huh! The key is in my hand and he can Never catch me!

**** in the mean time Chahat asks Preet again "Chachu aap kuch dene wali hai na?" She's smiling and holding his hands. She then asks where is Gungun and lil Preet - I didn't hang out with them all day. Meher mausi where are they?

Preet fished around in his pocket and came up with a half eaten candy bar. He stuffed it in Chahat's hand and ruffled her hair playfully.
"What's this?" frowned Chahat. "A half eaten chocolate bar? Like, really Chachu?"
"Sorry munchkin...it's all I had for the time being," sighed Preet.
"But I thought you said the box had choco..", said Meher.
Before she could finish her sentence Preet spoke up again. "Uh...Meher...Chahat was asking about Gungun and Preet Jr. where are they?"
"They're playing out in the back yard," said Meher. "But about that box...what's..."
Before Meher could complete her sentence, Heer spoke up. "Chahat, you know I don't like you having too many sweets. We don't want to have a hard time at the next dentist appointment now do we?"
"I guess not," sighed Chahat. "I'll go play with Gungun and I'll share this chocolate too."
"Good girl," smiled Heer, as she watched her daughter run off. "Meher..would you please come to the kitchen and help me prepare lunch. Prem called. He's coming home for lunch."
"Sure Didi," smiled Meher. She walked off to the kitchen making a mental note to ask Preet about the box later.
Preet watched everyone leave then exhaled a sigh of relief. Heh heh...his secret was still safe, he smiled to himself. It was a close call but he even fooled Meher into thinking it was something for Bauji, when it was really for her. Now if he could just find the right hiding place.
Meanwhile...
Prem drove up to the the driveway of the Juneja mansion and parked his car. Preet's car was already there. His younger brother had gone home form the office early. In fact he had been behaving rather oddly the entire morning. I wonder why? thought Prem. He got out of the car and took out a box from the back seat. I'll have to ask him. But first I have to hide this box. (Fatima_Q)

Preet thinking 8 years back when they were moving from Canada. It was his father's wish to meet his best friend and his PB was going to be married to the daughter of his friend.
He remembers how his parents and his dear PB along with others got tricked by Daljeet Chachi and Balwant Chacha. :(

Prem looked around his room. It looked as if it had recently been dusted, so he knew he could hide his box there without Heer finding it...until tomorrow morning at least. Under the bed would be too easy. What if Heer dropped something and bent down to pick it up? She'd discover the box right away. The closet...maybe.
He walked over to the closet and saw several shoe boxes stacked up on one side. He picked up a box, hid his box inside it and then put everything back as it had been before.
Satisfied with his planning, he turned around to go, and almost collided with someone.
"Ah!" Yelled Prem.
"Ah!" yelled Veera. "Prem Bhaiya what is wrong with you? You look like you've seen a ghost."
"Veera, what are you doing sneaking up on me like that?" asked Prem. "You could have given me a heart attack."
Really Prem Bhaiya," Veera rolled her eyes. "Where did you pick up the dramatics from? Spending too much time with Preet Bhaiya I suppose."
"Never mind that," said Prem. "What did you want?"
"Heer Bhabi sent me to collect all the old shoe boxes she has in the closet up here," explained Veera. She walked up to the closet and pointed to the corner where the shoe boxes lay. "THere they are."
"What! No! You can't take those," cried Prem.
"Why not?" asked Veera.
"B..B..Because," stammered Prem.
"Because what?" asked Veera. "I'm just doing what Heer Bhabi asked me to do."
"Okay," said Prem. "Let me carry them down for you."
"They're just empty boxes," chuckled Veera. "Besides Preet Bhiaya is always teasing me that I don't lift a finger around here because I don't want to spoil my manicure. But I'll show him today that I do work around here too."
"But Veera...," tried Prem.
"See you later Prem Bhaiya," smiled Veera.

"See you later PB," smiled Preet. He used the opportunity to conveniently slip away.
"Hey Prem, what's wrong?" asked Heer. "You left the dining table so fast you missed dessert."
"Nothing's wrong Heer," said Prem. "I just wasn't in the mood for anything sweet. Maybe later."
Just then he saw Veera come up to them from behind. She was carrying the boxes. "Heer Bhabi, I got the boxes you wanted," she said.
"Great," smiled Heer. "Let's take them into the living room."
"Uh..Heer..," said Prem, as he nervously loosened up his tie. "Just what do you need all those boxes for?"

Prem followed Heer and Veera into the living room and saw them put the boxes on the coffee table.
"I'll go tell Chahat that I have the boxes," smiled Heer. She got up and walked out of the room.
"Okay," said Veera. Just then her phone rang. It was Nihal. "Hi Babes," she smiled into the phone. She walked out of the room to take the call.
Aha! thought Prem. Now I can get the box. He ran to the coffee table, and looked at the boxes. He quickly picked one up and headed upstairs as fast as he could. Once in his room, he closed the door and exhaled a loud sigh of relief. He flipped the lid off the shoe box and looked inside...but it only contained an old pair of shoes. Ack! Prem felt better after seeing his Chahat. He missed her all day 😃
On the other side of living room : Veer tells Nihal that PB is acting weird and seems like even Preet is smiling too much. She elaborates that Preet is always fun but today seems like he's little too happy. ⭐️
Nihal tells her to calm down and let them be. He informs that his trip ended earlier than he thought and he'll see at tonight. He says he bought gifts for the whole family and he can't wait to see them all. Veera excitedly said ok and hung up.
Just then Bauji comes from his office and looking down at some papers. 😆

Just then, he saw Herman walk in through the front door carrying a bag. "Bauji, I have to go up and change, but you talk to Herman, and I'll see you later." Saying this he ran upstairs with the box.
Lalit turned his attention to Herman. "Beta, where were you? We missed you at lunch," said Lalit.

He goes to next room - his children's room and puts in Chahat's closet. He makes a mental note to explain to his daughter to keep this a secret. He knows she can - they are best friends forever 😎 She always saves him from her mom 😆 He wonders what it would have been like without her. He could not believe he's been back with his family and couldn't believe he ever lived without Heer and Chahat ever!!
*** Downstairs Harman is playing 20 questions with his family😆 He was grateful his dad made him study law - he was surprised that he could dodge all the questions thrown at him somehow 😆 Finally G3 sees her son looks tired and tells everyone to leave him. He runs up the stairs - oh oh Does Maya had to come down at this time ? !!!

Prem watched from upstairs all that was happening. He wonders how he can arrange for a picnic His wife has been asking him for months to organize a family picnic but so far it was not possible. Each time he gets free weekend one of his brothers have to go out of town or something else happened.
Prem was looking forward to meet Nihal after so long. He is determined he is going to convince the family to take a break and go for summer house!!

Chahat is about to go out of the room Prem suddenly catch hold of her. "Beta wait wait. Aap mere baat suno ham pehale sab plan kartha hai. Aap na mere ek kaam karna hoga"

"Mere saath sab ke samne naaraz ho kar aap ko jaana hog" "kya papa lekin kyu"Chahat is surprised at prems request.
"App ki Mama mujhse naaraz hai kyu ki main ne last week app sab ko lunch ke liye bahar le janeki promise ki thi .But ek meeting aaya aur avoid nahi kar saka .Agar ab mai jakar picnic ki baath karoge tho yeh kahani sunakar much pe wo chillayege"
" Aur agar main app se bahar na lejane ke liya naraz hogaya aur aap muche lejane ke liye hai karegaa tho koi kuch nahi kar payega" chahat askes prem to which he bods.

Heer is running up the stairs to her room.
She has a cute smile on her face. She is thinking about her family. She was so tired after work.
But she always help out with her sis Meher and in laws preparing dinner for the family. It's their bonding time. They chat about everything, update each other and also share gossip. 😆
She was smiling remembering what Meher said about her sweet Devar ji [LOL| and his antics.
She wondered if her children went so sleep yet or not. Usually her hubby when he's home takes care of bed time stories and tucking them in bed. Chahat is now grown up but her still loves to be tucked in by her parents.
Heer carefully opens her bedroom door and sees the light has been turned off. Just the washroom light was on with the door slightly open. But the bed was empty. She wondered if Prem was still with children and trying to make then sleep.
She knows they love to chat with Prem and sometimes story reading turns out to be chat session.
As she stepped inside - she felt her mouth was covered by someone's palm and was slowly being pulled. She felt she is hitting something warm and hard. She was shocked then someone whispering "Heer it's me. I'm gona remove my had please be quiet. 😆
Heer when she found her voice slowly says "Prem...?"
Voice : no bhooth 😆 Heer hamare room mei mere elava kaun ho sakte hai?!
Heer : mei muje kyu dara rahi ho?! She asked surprised.

Heer : she now has her right palm on her Prem's cheeks. She tip toed and raised herself to his height and softly kissed. She saw that he's still miffed about what happened so she said "sorry Janu I really didn't expect you to stand behind the door,
Prem turned his face away and looked outside the window - as if he's so interested in shiny white moon that looked so bright
Heer was tired but when she saw her hubby tiredness seemed to have vanished. She decided to freshen up and go see her children even though they are asleep. She decides to pacify Prem after.

Gungun said she wants to practice riding bicycle. Due to his busy schedule he could not do when she was younger. Now they are out behind their house in a park practicing.
Preet sees his best buddy on the park and he decides to have a chat.

Gungun fell off her bike and started to cry on top of her lungs. Preet was animatedly chatting with his buddy and didn't notice.
Meher didn't realize Gungun is with Preet and she ended up there while searching for both of them.
Meher hugs her daughter and asked what happened. When she realized what Preet did, she got furious Picking up her daughter in her hands she walked straight towards where Preet and his buddy were standing.
Meher standing close enough for Preet to hear hissed "Preeet Juneja"

Prem found Bauji downstairs sitting in sofa. He seemed relaxed and fully engrossed in newspaper.
Prem : Bauji excuse me. Aap se kuch pooch na hai.
Folding the paper in his hand and sets it on the coffee table, Bauji looks up - indicating Prem to continue.
Prem looks down thoughtfully and didn't say anything, Bauji seeing his son is hesitating he decided to chat.
Bauji : Kya baat hai beta. Tum teek hai na. Koi parishani hai. Muje batao.
Prem slowly looks up to face his dad.
Prem : No Bauji I'm fine and everything is ok. We , I mean Chahat wants me to take her out. I haven't been able to spend time with her lately so I thought what not all of us go out somewhere. We are all at home this weekend.
Bauji : Prem tum hamesha aisa hi hai beta. Haaan it's true everyone is here and it's a great idea to go out to spend sometime together. But I feel this time you take Chahat and Heer on a weekend trip. Aap log enjoy karna. Who knows others also probably made a plan to go out somewhere.
In another time we will all go teek hai.
Prem was really shocked to hear Bauji's response. His father loves to go out and spend time. He wondered why he refused. But he didn't want to press on this matter any further. He agreed and went upstairs to meet Heer.
As Prem was climbing up he was planning what he can do this weekend. He decides to go to farm house. It has not been used in a while but they do have a permanent care taker there. He decides to make arrangements soon.
He thought to spend some play time with Chahat and also hoping to romance his wife Heer.
