Not gonna name which posts, but still some are talking like they are the only ones right and we are here for nothing but bhashan and not listening to your pleads. Its not just about fights. Sometimes sarcasm doesnt seem funny to everyone, not coz they are wrong, but sometimes people read it wrong. I for instance am very weak in english and i make a lot of mistakes due to which misunderstandings happen. Similarly those who dont have the capability to understand whether the sarcasm is for fun or serious, will find it offensive, which is why we mods have told to cut down it as much as possible. But wel, i guess no use on that. We are still being made fun of and blamed for not understanding members. Wish we could say back the same.

^^ U asked me why i am not respecting your views??? Lemme ask the same back. How many times have us Mods made warning posts? How many times? And lemme know HOW many times it was followed. Dint we BEG as well? To please maintain peace? How many listened. Its very easy aishwarya to point fingers on us coz as mods, we cant speak everything out easily as you all coz we have our own limits. But its about respecting us mods. We made dis topic asking a simple opinion. A feedback, but what did we get back? Some saying we are not understanding members. Some making fun that we have some other motive, some saying we are heartless. Really? Thats why did so much work for you all in the forum? Kept you all entertained. I am not telling anyone to praise us and applaud us for our work. But respect us when we r giving warning. And its not 1% as u can say easily. We go through each and every post in this forum unlike normal members who visit only a few. And about not posting warning, i dont want to get insulted again by getting pointed "Only we get warnings. What did we do? We said only dis...wats wrong in it? The DT is being unfair."
I just dont want to hear the same again. Coz once its said, again another set of issue, another dragging in other actor, another fight. This forum is a family, and we are not punishing everyone for a few or anything. But please try to understand us!!! We were terribly hurt to see the comments in this post itself how again, we are getting pointed out that "you are being unfair to us". As humans it hurts us.

And those who think we are not serious about archiving, then let me make it clear, we mean it. We are serious about it getting archived. And again there are a few who think we are pointing out JUST them that they are not following rules, when actually we dont even mean them. So those who think something we say feels pointed to them, have the min respect of pming us and asking if it was meant for u, coz otherwise again there is more misunderstanding and problems which can never get solved.

I appreciate you took out so much time to reply. But i dint misunderstand you neither did you understand my POV. Like you said everyone wants peace. But i guess its better we proceed now as like i said, no one will be able to understand the current status. Thanks again for replying. I wouldnt wann go ahead with another back answering and you spend your precious time again for it.

The reasons for taking such decision still is not understood. But its noone's fault. We personally dont want it archived, but circumstances speak different.
