CHAPTER 5
Note pg 42

Heer and ashlisha both got busy with there Friends and Simran enjoying the party, While on the side Prem wasnt happy, He didnt knew why but he was not happy. An unknown pain rosed in his heart when he got to knew that who is heer. Last night he was awake just praying to GOD that the "gurl" whom he met today is heer, Without knowing anything about her he prayed that make this gurl the one to whom he is supposed to get marry. After a while Raj took Prem and preet to introduce them to his Bride.

Raj:- Simran....Yeh mere dost hai, canda se ayee hai....Yeh hai Pr.....(before he could say anything preet interrupt)
Preet:- Mai Pritam nahii hoon....(fake laugh) mai tu Rahul hoon.....aur yeh mere barre bhaiya Dev hai ...(pointing to prem)
(Simran greeted them while prem and raj passed a confused look.)
Simran:- aur yeh mere dost hai....Ludhiana se ayee hai...Yeh hai .....(Ash interrupt in mid)
Ash:- mai hoon Heer...aur yeh hai Ashlisha......
(Now it was Simran and Heer's turn to glare at ash)

Raj and simran both were confused at the Golmaal introduction of there friends, Taking the opportunity Raj cornered simran, while the other four remained there.Finally preet broke the silence.

Preet:- Tu Miss.Heer app yaha sirf shaadi attend karne ayee hai ..ya koi aur kaam bhii hai...
Ash:- Mai yaha Dance compitation ki liye hoon...(with attitude) Har saal ki tarha is baar bhii mai he jeethongi....
Preet:- (knitting his eye brows in confusion) Likin jah tak hume patta hai, Dance compitation ki liye tu Ashlisha ji ayee hai...
Ash:-...Na..nahii tu..Mai ayee hoon Dance compitaion ki liye...Woh sabko Ash ka naam is liye bataya hai kyonki Mere Ghar waalo ko yeh sab pasand nahii hai......Likin appko humare baare itna kuch kaise patta....?
Preet:- WOh,..nahii woh kuch aurte baat kar rahi thi..tu maine uhe sun liya.....(smiling)
Ash:- Achcha tu flirt karne ki saath saath loge ki baatien sunte hai app....

Preet:- Appne kya kaha....??? (in a serious tone)
Ash:- jo appne sunna....waise app karte kiya hai...i mean Flirting aur baatien sunne ki illawa.....
Preet:- App ghalat samj rahi hai....hum waise ladki nahii hai....hum to Business man hai..business man....Prem Juneja ka naam sunna hai....

(Ashlisha and Heer both looked at preet curiously)

Ash:- Haa...kyon??..app unhe kaise jante hai....
Preet:- Are mera yaar hai.....(Preet laughed and put his hand around prem's shoulder, Prem glared at him)..Mera matlab mera bohut achcha dost hai...(removing his hand)
Ash:- Really?? (excitingly)
Preet: ha..ha...app janti hai usse....
Ash:- ji ha....woh mere "WOH" hai.....(she said blushing)

Prem:- Whhhat???.....(his pitch was like a scream, while preet bit his lip to control his laughter)
Ash:- mera matlab mere hone wale "Woh" hai....humara rishta bachpan mai he tai hogaya tha..(blushes a bit)
(Prem was unable to say something , he just stared at her, GOD......she already made him her "Woh")

Heer pinched ash in her elbow to shut her up , Ash excused herself and left from there with heer.

Heer:- yeh kiya bakwaas kar rahi thi unki samne.....
Ash:- maine kya kiya? sach he tu bola...Prem ji haina tere "WOH" (patting her back)
Heer:- (glaring)..Tum na.........kaha tha na jhoot mat bol...aik jhoot ko chupaane ki liye sau jhoot bolne parre...
Ash:- chill DD...hume kaunsa unki saath rishta jorna hai......hum yaha masti karne aye hai..tu karte haina...(winks at heer) aur waise bhii yeh ladki tu barre tez aur chaalak hai, dekha nahii humare baare mai itna sab kuch patta bhii karliya....(giving a suspicious look)
Heer:- Aisa kuch nahii hai...tumhare adrange dimaag mai he aise baatien ati hai..woh loog aise waise nahii hai.....
Ash:- app tu aise baat kar rahi hai jaise app unki baare mai sab kuch janti hai....
Heer:- (fumbling) na..nahi..mai tu...woh....
Ash:-Rehne do DD.....unko tu mai sambhaal longi..app bohut bhooli hoo....aise bahane appki PREM ki baare mai bhii Information lelenge....akhir yeh prem Juneja cheez kiya hai......

Preet:- PB..appki tu nikal padhee....(patting his back and winking)
Prem:- (glaring) Tu chup rahega.....
Preet:- h..ha...abb mere baatien tu achche nahii lagenge appko....abb chabbar chabbar karne wali koi aur jo mil gaye hai.....
Prem:- i am sure tu nahii chahta ki mai yaha sabki samne tere pitaye karo.....
Preet:- (coughing) Definately not PB......mai tu chala.........app khoye rahiye appne khayalo...you know Future planning with heer "Bhabhi"
(before prem could catch him he ran away from there)

Prem sighed heavily as he remembered what heer (Ash") said. She is completely different from him, how he is going to live his life with a girl like heer, its true that he is grown up in Canada but at heart he is completely indian, a true simple indian.who adores simplicity and indain culture but this gurl is completely opposite.Maybe its true in some cases that "Opposites attract" but in his case its definitely going to be "Opposite attack".

All the girls were gathered around the bride as her mother-in-law was going to apply"shagun ki mehendi" on her plam, Simran's mom send heer to her room to bring that "laal chunar" which simarn's in-law gave as a shagun, the bride have to wear it during Mehendi rasam. Heer wenr inside home while others were all in the garden where the ceemony was taking place. Heer went to simran's room and saw the cones of mehendi there.Probably they forget to take it down.

He smiled and took the thaals in which the mehendi cones were decorated nicely and went downstairs back.As she reached down the stairs she remembered her actaul cause for which she came there"shagun ki chunar" . Her lenhega was too heavy and she as aslso holding the plates of mehendi so instead of going back up sairs she yelled at one one of kids to bring that chunar for her.The Kid threw that chunar from upstairs instead of handing it to her.

The laal chunar came down floating in the air and landed on her head.Covering her face completly.Heer shoved her head side to side so that chunar fall of her face but it didnt, Her lehenga was caught in a hook attcahed to the wall. Her hands was holding the plates. She treied her best to take it out...but was unable to move cause of her lehenga.

Prem picked that moment to come inside and saw her strugling with that chunar.He went near her and automatically his hands went to pull that "chunar" slowly lefting it up like a Groom is lifting his bride's Viel for the first time, Exposing her face he placed that chunar on her head.

As that chunar lifted up slowly her eyes caught with his gaze. and athought came in her mind, "Why he always came to save me?"After a good 5 minutes of staring into eachother's eyes heer lowered her gaze and that brought prem back to his senses and he took a few steps backward-away from her.

Heer:.hmm...Thanks....
Prem:- mai appki help kardo.....(saying this he took the plates from her hands)
Heer quikly folded the chunar and placed it on of the plates, taking it back from him She mumbled a quik thanks againand went from there.

He smiled whole heartedly at her beauty, her innocense, The moment he lifted that chunar, she looked like a "Dulhan" to him, His Dulhan..-----...Wait....Did i just thought My dulhan....I dont know anything about her, i am supposed to marry her cousin and here i am dreaming about making her my"Dulhan" Prem jueneja you have seriously lost it.The smile was soon replaced with a stern lok on his face.

A broken heart, a sad soul.....He was Helpless to take any decision as his fate already decided his path.
