Chapter 47

Heer and prem both looked at doctor waiting for her to answer and then the doctor said "you are very lucky that nothing happened to the baby but this happens in very rare cases like this so there is nothing to be worried about Mrs. juneja only have a minor injury on her head and a wound on her hand otherwise there is nothing to worry about but for future I would like to warn you to be careful and Mrs. juneja should not drive" prem and heer both were glad to know that nothing happened to the baby and heer is fine too, then the doctor left and before going she said heer can go home. Prem thanked the doctor and then when the doctor was gone he turned to heer and he just stared at her and then he said "I will be back in a minute" and he left the room. Heer was feeling scared that prem is very angry on her and he is not speaking to her and on the other side prem went to meet kunal and geet he told them about heer and then they all came to heer's room and geet hugged heer and she started crying but heer signalled her to don't say anything and then geet kept quiet and kunal asked how heer was and then prem helped heer get up from the bed and they walked to prem's car and then they quietly drove back to the apartment.

In the apartment geet went to her room and heer came into her room and she sat on the bed placing her right hand on her stomach and then prem came in the room with her medicine he made her eat the medicine and he was about to leave when heer held his wrist and prem didn't turn and he said "heer leave my hand" heer was in tears and she said "prem I..." prem didn't let her finish he turned around and he said "heer I don't need any explanation now can you leave my hand" heer let go of his wrist and she started crying and she watched prem leaving the room.

It was night prem and kunal were sitting in the living room and geet was in the kitchen heating the food, prem saw heer walking to the living room and he stared at her and he got up and stood front of her and he dint let her go pass and he said "heer go back to the room because you need to rest" heer looked to the ground and she said "prem I want to eat ice cream" prem wet his lips with his tongue and he said "you go back to the room and I will bring it for you" heer nodded and she went back to the room. Prem went to the kitchen and took the ice cream out and put it in the bowl and he took it to their bedroom and he saw heer standing in the window staring at the moon light and then he placed the ice cream bowl on the side table and he stood beside heer and he said "heer come and eat" heer stared at him and she looked into his eyes and she didn't say anything and she went and sat on the bed and he sat beside her and he started feeding her when she was finished she said "prem you know about that accident it was not my fault we were going the right way but then the truck came from the other line and crashed it into us and.." she stopped talking and then prem said "heer why didn't you go in the taxi? You could have asked me to come home and I would have taken you for shopping! Why the hell did you drive?" heer hesitated to talk at first and then she said "prem I wanted to go in the taxi but than I thought that taking kunal's car will be easier, and I didn't wanted to disturb at your work" heer didn't tell him that geet made her drive because she didn't wanted prem or kunal scolding geet so she took the blame on her self. Prem looked into her eyes and he said "heer before driving kunal's car didn't you once think about the baby? I mean if something would have happened to the baby today than what will you have done?" heer didn't say anything she kept quite and then prem said "heer from today onwards you are not allowed to go anywhere without my permission and if you do than I would not give another chance to our relationship and we will be finished" with saying this he walked out of the room, and heer sat there crying about what prem said.
