He was first sighted after titanic scene.
When Prem asked why Heer could'nt identify him..... He very smartly with all his Doctor experience which looked like quite some 10-20 years but actually not even 10-20 seconds..... said that:
"shayad inki yaaddtaasht(memory) kho gayi hai..... shayad kisi pattar se inka sar takraane ki wajah se"

A doctor SOOOO sure of his diagnosis..... 👏
