except she didn't strictly listen to the doc,and meds ke saath she took sneha's handmade card and placed it right near prem's pillow. gave me a heart attack.

but then 😃 i knew half way thru that it was a dream.

We need to hire a dream specialist also no? Dr Sapna? plz call her asap and ask her to be on standby.😃
