Because he forgot the jal, parsad and mitti Prem, Preet and Harman took for him ... he went back to get it otherwise why would he since he was sick? 🤣 am i a genius or what? 🤣

hmm...i got another answer... he went with Harman for Harman's plastic surgery operation...🤣 that's if both Lallu and new Harman comes bak together...😆
